**What do you like best about ChatPerk?**

I gave five stars to Chatperk because it has really helped my business. I Provide print on demand services on Fourthwall. At first, most of my customers used to message me on Instagram if they needed printing services.
I had no issues and I could easily reply to the Customers chats. But for the past 5 months, I've been getting more customers from overseas, which is great. But replying to them became harder for me. Then I thought I could use AI to help with this. So, I decided to try Chatperk.
At the start, I didn’t understand much, but within a week I learned how to use chatperk. I started with the free trial to test the chatbot. The free version is not able to fulfill my need and also it didn’t have API access or integrations.Then I purchased the $19 paid plan, which gave me 2k message credits and unlimited training links, which is a great feature. I started using Chatperk 3 to 4 months ago, and I haven't faced any problems since. I can easily train my chatbot, and its response time is also good.

**What do you dislike about ChatPerk?**

One thing I would like to see improved in Chatperk is the ability to handle more complex customer queries. While it works well for most inquiries, it can sometimes struggle with more detailed questions.

**What problems is ChatPerk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatperk helps me manage customer questions quickly and efficiently. It saves me a lot of time by automating responses to common inquiries. This allows me to focus on other important parts of my business. I am able to provide fast and reliable customer support which has improved customer satisfaction and helped my business run smoothly.

**What do you like best about ChatPerk?**

My experience with Chatperk for the past couple of months has been extremely wonderful. I run a small online art business and Chatperk has been really beneficial in managing customer inquiries.

Honestly, I have experimented on multiple AI chatbot platforms that are free but they were not satisfying. Most other AI chatbot platforms offer 3 to 5 credits compared to Chatperk’s free plan which offers 20 message credits each month.

In addition, many features remain locked on others’ platforms making it difficult to test if the chatbot is suitable for my needs. This is because it has never let me down right from when I started using it.

At present, I am thinking of upgrading to an Essential Plan; and rest assured this will make my work easier and speed up my performance.

**What do you dislike about ChatPerk?**

Currently, I’m not facing any issue while  using Chatperk but if I ever encounter any issue, I will  definitely share it with you.

**What problems is ChatPerk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatPerk has helped me a lot in my digital art business. It easily answers customers' questions, which saves me a lot of time and allows me to focus on other tasks of the business more efficiently.
