I gave five stars to Chatperk because it has really helped my business. I Provide print on demand services on Fourthwall. At first, most of my customers used to message me on Instagram if they needed printing services.
I had no issues and I could easily reply to the Customers chats. But for the past 5 months, I've been getting more customers from overseas, which is great. But replying to them became harder for me. Then I thought I could use AI to help with this. So, I decided to try Chatperk.
At the start, I didn’t understand much, but within a week I learned how to use chatperk. I started with the free trial to test the chatbot. The free version is not able to fulfill my need and also it didn’t have API access or integrations.Then I purchased the $19 paid plan, which gave me 2k message credits and unlimited training links, which is a great feature. I started using Chatperk 3 to 4 months ago, and I haven't faced any problems since. I can easily train my chatbot, and its response time is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I would like to see improved in Chatperk is the ability to handle more complex customer queries. While it works well for most inquiries, it can sometimes struggle with more detailed questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
