Most tech platforms tell you that they truly care about user feedback but very few really do listen to their users. If they do listen to their users their input is rarely taken into account. Chain is the complete opposite of any tech platform I have ever seen in the 3PL space. The truly listen to their customers and their platform adapts to the company not the other way around. When you have a tech platform change or be added to your company you get a lot of pushback from current employees. When we updated chain to the new platform it was the easiest implementation we have ever had. They also have people in their company who have been part of the industry and they understand it. Their new platform is very user friendly and very easy to integrate into your TMS provider. This is the best visibility software I've seen. My favorite things about Chain:

- Ease of use (this is so underrated now-a-days)
