We used Cflow to automate our student admission process. What I liked the best about it was the no code workflow builder combined with the inside built AI document processing. I built a workflow called 'Admission Application Approvals.' Instead of manually reading through hundreds of student applications and emailing them between departments, I did set up Cflow to automatically extract key data from uploaded transcripts and route the application based on the student's chosen major. The initial learning curve for the more advanced AI features, like Seyarc AI, was a bit hard and sharp. Setting up the exact business rules for auto approval took some time and trial and error. What I like best about it that how easy it is to turn our manual processed in to simple workflows. We us it for things like approval and internal requests, and it saves us from going back and forth over emails and spreadsheet. One thing I find frustrating is setting up more complex approval workflows. For example, we have purchase requests where anything over a certain amount needs approval from both a department manager and Finance. It's not super flexible when you need advanced features. I tried connecting it with some of our other tools and it didn't really work well. Cflow has been a game-changer to our accounting operations. We use it with both our contractors and employees to manage invoice and timesheet submissions and approvals. Once submitted, invoices and timesheets move through a structured workflow—from finance to the appropriate project manager and then to management for final approval.
