It automatically adjusts to new additions, it allows for a profile to be expanded to include necessary information, you can include photos, you can easily make adjustments when there are promotions or terminations, it's easy to operate and it looks great! **What do you dislike about Org Chart by Time is Ltd.?** The only thing I dislike about Org Chart by Time is Ltd. was the cost of the platform for a smaller company. I'd like to see other options in pricing for smaller companies. **What problems is Org Chart by Time is Ltd. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an Org Chart isn't terribly difficult using Word, or PowerPoint but the more employees you add, the less options you feel like you have because you're limited to such a small space. This platform allows for a full view of your entire orginazation, and you can interact wtih it. The ability to open each person's profile is very helpful. ### 4. Being able to import a list of employees (in our case, volunteers) saves so much time. Its clean, easy to use, drag and drop abilities, and helps a CEO, Department leader, HR director visualize and map out how their organziation runs. I also like that it has customizable fields.
