Even cancellations go through without any issues. I must particularly highlight the support: if there is ever a hitch or we have a special case, you get immediate help and an individual solution. **What do you dislike about Centify?** In some areas, the operation is still a bit clunky or not entirely intuitive. Also, I would find a proper overall overview great, where you can see the total payouts per employee at a glance. **What problems is Centify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Centify for automated commission accounting. However, there is a lack of traceability, as it is sometimes unclear which orders are paid out when. ### 2. The tool easily saves me 10 hours of tedious work every quarter—time that I can now use more wisely. The customer service is particularly impressive: fast, friendly, and always helpful. Every penny is well invested here. It's also great how transparent the tool is for the entire team: everyone has an overview, which makes the topic of commissions much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Centify and wouldn't want to be without it. **What do you dislike about Centify?** You can tell from the user interface that the product is still quite new. It is not always entirely intuitive. At the same time, however, it is worth mentioning that improvements are being made practically every week. This shows that the team behind Centify is actively working on the product and constantly striving to optimize it. **What problems is Centify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centify primarily helps me solve time-consuming, repetitive tasks that used to require a lot of manual work.
