# Who do hiring managers trust most for talent marketplace platforms, based on user reviews?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hello G2, every vendor page claims to be the trusted option, so I wanted to see which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/talent-marketplace-platforms">talent marketplace platforms</a> hiring managers actually trust most once you set the marketing aside and look at what reviewers say.</p><ul>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/gigged-ai/reviews"><strong>Gigged AI</strong></a> (4.8 stars, 53 reviews): the highest-rated of the group, with reviewers consistently pointing to the vetting process and turnaround time on filling specialized roles as the reason they keep coming back.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/seekout/reviews"><strong>SeekOut</strong></a> (4.5 stars, 796 reviews): the most reviewed by a wide margin, and reviewers across very different industries mention the depth of technical and niche-skill filtering as the standout.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/eightfold-ai/reviews"><strong>Eightfold AI</strong></a> (4.2 stars, 225 reviews): rated a bit lower than the other two, with reviewers still positive overall but more likely to mention a learning curve before the skills-matching features start paying off.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Does review volume matter as much as the rating itself when you're deciding which of these to trial, or would you rather see fewer, more detailed reviews from companies closer to your own size?</p>

Oh for internal talent marketplace specifically (matching existing employees to internal gigs, projects and career moves), SAP SuccessFactors is a heavily reviewed, trusted name here, especially at large enterprises that already run SuccessFactors for the rest of HR. iCIMS is another well-established, well-reviewed platform in this space, more recruiting-and-mobility focused. Beamery and Phenom are both solid, purpose-built talent marketplace and talent experience platforms that hiring managers like for surfacing internal candidates before going external. Avature is worth a look too, flexible and well-regarded, especially for complex internal mobility programs. To be real, the split tends to be: SAP SuccessFactors or iCIMS if you want it inside your existing HR suite, Beamery or Phenom if you want a purpose-built, more modern talent-marketplace experience. Are you building internal mobility from scratch, or trying to bolt it onto a system you already run?
