**What do you like best about Cascade?**

The UI looks traditional which eases the navigation and there menu and processing experience is smooth, there updates comes on time without any big issues and provide overall a good user go through experience.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

As the software is good but not worthy upon their pricing they are taking from their customer and also need to be grasp new technology updation because it's take time to gather data from software

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem related to human resource management like execution in there payroll becomes unexpectedly easy and also a complete package for HR management in one pace

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

The ease of use. Drop down menus and easy to manage multiple people. It was dated but the new update is a step in the right direction

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

No calander view to show all your team holidays. Only shows when neeeing to authorise who has booked but say I want to see who is off next week I have to go to each team member manually

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

Cascade is a planning and execution software. You come up with the idea of an organization, you set your vision, you work upon it, you plan your strategies, and in the end u fizzle up everything but cascade can make your dreams come true and your chances of failure due to strategic errors are lowered to zero. Cascade helps you focus your attention on the things which are important and are in need of more attention. It’s easier to understand in most of its features, it has an excellent customer support service. All of your staff can have access to your goals, plans and projects. The transparency of the system is the major aspect of the software. Everyone in your teams knows what to do. At a click of the button you are able to strategies your plans. The report generating is too easy and helpful to keep record of the work. Everything is very organized and the UI of the software is quite user friendly. You can edit anything in between the plan any time. They update the software regularly and keeps on introducing the new features to their users. Cascade does not have any free version but it provides its users with a free trial version to check whether the software is of their use or not.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

There are some areas (some features) that requires some refinement like restricted access and formatting etc. Another drawback of the software is that it is only available in one language i.e. English which is quite frustrating like it should be available in other languages like Spanish and German etc. The price is a bit more for small or even medium sized organizations.

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Cascade is quite an amazing Software to manage all your work and strategies it. The Customer service was so amazing. Once you have built the Structure it’s so easy to divide the work.

The homepage clearly displays holiday allowence and usage but does not include other usefull information.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

Catagories across the portal are poorly named and unorganized. This makes it hard to access the information you are looking for.

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recording of holidays and access to payroll information.

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

Cascade is used by our company to evaluate performance of employees by managing and viewing their progress. The number of customization options is unlimited and sometimes they can be overwhelming. The modules are also customizable and since our company is large it really fits in according to our needs. The employees can also view their progress and progress of their team members and use it to apply for sick and vacation leaves. So it confines communication and management to one platform that's why it is an all in one platform. The organization system they have is the best I have seen so far. It stores data and information and makes our recruitment process easier. It makes the whole process more quicker so gives us time to focus on our business.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

The main problem I faced with Cascade was that how confusing its interface is. It is not user friendly at all when you first start using it and it takes a lot of time to get used to it. It is difficult to navigate and there are no drag and drop options present. I hope they introduce them in future. The customer service was unhelpful and slow.

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cascade is a payroll management software that evaluates performance and is famous for its large number of customization options. I will definitely keep using it in the future as I had a positive experience with it.

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

Cascade allows us to have good organization in Human Resources management, good synchronization of various administrative processes carried out in the Human Resources offices, and it allows for time reduction in updating employee data within the institution. Among the tools included in this program are the management of vacations, leave permissions, resumes, employee training, performance review, among others.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

What I don't like is that the interface is very simple, which makes it difficult to manage. Additionally, the program entry is sometimes a bit slow and the connection is lost, logging out of the session.

**Recommendations to others considering Cascade:**

I recommend it for the integration of various aspects in Human Resources management that give you a centralized view of the employees.

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solve the priority problems of human resource management, the synchronization of various aspects of the worker in a short time in a summarized or detailed manner that helps us have a clear vision for decision-making.

It's a go, it's comparable to quick books, ease of effort with this program is key, they've got rhe right idea.

Organization for various business related needs.   I can easily manage all of my small business needs with this program.

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

This is a unique software. Employees can input their self assessments in less than 5 minutes, allowing us to see their progress and evaluate their job performance with efficiency. 

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

It is a tricky software to navigate and serves a unique purpose. Not all businesses will find this necessary to evaluate an employee’s performance. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cascade:**

This is a great product if you want a unique way to evaluate job performance. 

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to view an employee’s own assessment of their performance through a very quick method, leaving more time for work and less for administrative duties.

I like being able to create a plan,and Cascade it to our whole team so we can be on the same page and follow progress

I find the KPI a little difficult to navigate

A very dated looking system, the screen image is unable to scale and customer support is poor and resolution of queries take far too long.

With any system you are looking at ,make sure you evaluate all software you are looking at to your needs and requirements.

Wanted a one stop shop for HR and Payroll that could be used across the business, simply and effectively.

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

Honestly there is nothing good I can say about this system. 

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

Outdated and old fashioned system. Unfortunately our HR advisers that we use referred us to Cascade , transferring to them has been a big mistake. The system is not user friendly and any customer service is super slow. I called them this week to inquire about a new product, after the pitch which was poor the sales person didn't even follow up with a email as she promised. This company is a complete joke., cant wait to get my new system up and running.

Please save your self a world of pain and shop else where

None all it has done is cause problems.

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

Cascade does have a good organization system, especially if your website has a large number of pages. Our site is pretty large and it's easy to find what your looking for because the folder system using root folders and sub-folders which make it easy to navigate, as opposed to other CMS platforms where all the pages are listed in one lengthy list. 


**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

Cascade is not user friendly at all and small changes require a ton of work. There are no drag and drop modules so everything must be hard-coded. There aren't easy plug-ins to add content, buttons, etc. Resizing and rearranging photos on a page is a nightmare. You really can't use this CMS if you're not proficient in HTML and CSS, so not ideal for a marketing team trying to host their site with minimal HTML knowledge. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cascade:**

I would only consider Cascade for your CMS if you are mostly working with developers who have the expertise and time to help you do what you need to do. It is not built for marketers or website owners who want ease of use and simple customization & changes. 

**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host our company's website in Cascade as well as our blog. It is an ecommerce site, so we are able to generate a large amount of direct revenue through our cascade site.

  ### 15. A promising, yet underdeveloped HRM solution

**What do you like best about Cascade?**

The most effective aspect of Cascade is that it allows for effective syncing across various HR programs. This allows for (largely) smooth management of most HR processes through Cascade. We have found that it has decreased the time spent on shifting between priorities and managing employee data by employing Cascade as our one-stop-shop solution for HRM.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

Above all else, the interface of Cascade is its biggest liability. While one can expect a certain level of simplicity to be desired, it makes Cascade feel a little lacking at times. There's a general sense of repetition and not enough separation/distinction between the multiple modules. Additionally, like other users, we have had some trouble with the software logging us out consistently while using it, which makes the potential time saved negligible overall. There are some great pieces there, but it's not quite where it should be as of yet.

**Recommendations to others considering Cascade:**

While Cascade shows some promise, it is not without its flaws. I would definitely recommend giving the free demo option a try to see how it feels for yourself. In truth, you may find that it works great for your organization and that you can forgive its sometimes nagging flaws. There is a great personality under the hood and with some improvements, Cascade can definitely be one of the stronger HRM software solutions out there.


**What problems is Cascade solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our best solution as a result of Cascade has been the time-saving aspect of having everything centralized within the software. It has allowed for greater efficiency in accessing employee data and making related personnel decisions. However, because of some of the limitations of the software, the time-savings doesn't always work out the way we had envisioned.

All tools sync together with HR systems. This to also include training development, booking annual leaves, updating personal details, bank details, etc.

**What do you dislike about Cascade?**

User experience. The interface's text seems to be undersized.

**Recommendations to others considering Cascade:**

I would definitely recommend the use of Cascade to all organisation for the HR department in order to enhance policies. The network is secured with only accessible on Intranet/VPN.

Enhancing better HR policies systems and the benefits received - paperless.

I like the fact that is provides a one-stop-shop for managing HR functions, from vacation and sick leave, to performance reviews.

I dislike the interface. It is repetitive, constantly signs you out, and confusing to navigate.

It is helpful to store all HR information, review forms and leave data in one place.
