It's fully automated. There is not much to do. You click few buttons and it just does the job. So setup is really easy and requires no monitoring. It is also a money saver, as we used to use SMS for our abandoned checkouts, and now can just have it one place at fraction of cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
