**What do you like best about CallMantra?**

I like CallMantra for its great soft phone and Chrome extension, which let us switch swiftly between call and text communication and our CRM. The CallMantra team's creation of a custom integration is incredibly helpful, as it organizes all our communication efficiently, allowing us to provide a seamless experience for our healthcare heroes. I appreciate that they have thought of almost every tool a recruiter could use to deliver the best experience. CallMantra offers custom integrations for every CRM, stands out with a great backend, voicemail system, email notifications, and team collaboration tools. The easy initial setup and intuitive interface also make a positive impression. The offer of multiple setup Zoom calls is more about exploring features than necessity because using it is very intuitive. CallMantra helps us scale our company by saving time and ensuring we do things right. It's an invisible medium that allows us to focus on building excellent relationships, which is the beating heart of our mission of advancing healthcare deployment.

**What do you dislike about CallMantra?**

If I am working late at night and want to schedule a text for the morning, they do not have that option yet as far as I understand it is coming soon.

**What problems is CallMantra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallMantra enhances communication with custom integrations, improving speed and efficiency. It seamlessly organizes communication, enabling better service delivery. The platform's features like a soft phone, Chrome extension, team collaboration tools, and voicemail systems save time and enhance productivity.

**What do you like best about CallMantra?**

The integration into Bullhorn is very good. All the calls our recruiters make are logged and calls are recorded and transcribed, making it really easy to write candidate summaries.    
Noteworthy – the free training they provided for our entire team. It’s usually a hassle for everyone learning a new piece of software, but in this case, it wasn’t, in no small part due to tight integration with Bullhorn and the ability to continue working in a familiar environment. They made sure we got a fully functional system in less than 30 days.
P.S. The most sensible and user-friendly Power Dialer implementation I've seen so far.

**What do you dislike about CallMantra?**

It would be nice to have video calls as part of the offering; CallMantra doesn't have that yet.

**What problems is CallMantra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection quality — unlike many other solutions, calls are clear and stable.
Bullhorn integration — no need to change existing process, all calls and texts are logged.
Better answer rates — verified calling resulted in many more calls getting answered.
Power Dialer — what with the number of outbound calls we make, the ability to cut the time it takes to make 100 calls by about 30%, in some cases, cannot be underestimated.

**What do you like best about CallMantra?**

We rely heavily on outbound calls. Previously, we bought a bunch of phone numbers to make outbound calls but over time we realized that most of our calls made from the numbers were marked as spam by carriers. This stopped a whole lot of candidates from answering our calls.

We opted for CallMantra's verified calling feature and it works like a charm. The best part about CallMantra is that the numbers all our users got from CallMantra are constantly monitored by them – they make sure our numbers don’t get flagged as spam or get blocked. Our call answer rates have seen a massive jump after implementing this.

**What do you dislike about CallMantra?**

Their pricing model is a bit on the higher side but they are the only one offering this feature and almost every other feature we require so

**What problems is CallMantra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our outbound calls are not being marked as spam anymore. By being marked as verified, we are seeing a notable difference in the number of calls being answered.

Getting verified and displaying our business logo, name and verification badge helped more than I expected. All the features they offer work as advertised for recruitment companies like ours

**What do you like best about CallMantra?**

The software is quick, easy to learn, and simple to use. As someone who has tried different providers before, callmantra really does everything I need it to do.



I also find the dashboard features very useful as I’m able to monitor the number of calls made, duration, missed calls, etc.

**What do you dislike about CallMantra?**

The call quality seemed to drop a little on the mobile app when the WiFi is a little off but the same does not occur when using the desktop version.

**What problems is CallMantra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling, SMS, analytics dashboard and seamless integration with my ATS.
