
I like CallMantra for its great soft phone and Chrome extension, which let us switch swiftly between call and text communication and our CRM. The CallMantra team's creation of a custom integration is incredibly helpful, as it organizes all our communication efficiently, allowing us to provide a seamless experience for our healthcare heroes. I appreciate that they have thought of almost every tool a recruiter could use to deliver the best experience. CallMantra offers custom integrations for every CRM, stands out with a great backend, voicemail system, email notifications, and team collaboration tools. The easy initial setup and intuitive interface also make a positive impression. The offer of multiple setup Zoom calls is more about exploring features than necessity because using it is very intuitive. CallMantra helps us scale our company by saving time and ensuring we do things right. It's an invisible medium that allows us to focus on building excellent relationships, which is the beating heart of our mission of advancing healthcare deployment.
