**What do you like best about CallidusCloud WorkFlow?**

Handling multi hierarchy approvals along with notifications. It allows personalized error messages on screen.Allows integration at Sapc configuration level. Matured tool

**What do you dislike about CallidusCloud WorkFlow?**

Lot of indebt coding involved. Debugging is not simple. UI design is too cumbersome. Error handling gets tough.

**What problems is CallidusCloud WorkFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Worked on multiple projects involving multi hierarchy approvals, document creation and sharing ,personalized notifications and error messages on screen and at table level
