What do you like best about CABS?

The sheer depth of functionality in this product. It can handle the most complex of booking needs.

I also like the fact that it handles the complete functional requirement. From the Host to the Visitor (and visitor badging). From the Catering Ordering to the Delivery Staff (with touch screens for the kitchens).

From the setting up of the Meeting to Rolling Display screens in reception. Every aspect of Front of House is covered.

The features for Allergens and Dietary Requirements are extremely comprehensive and the recently added measures for dealing with the return to offices / distancing / deep cleaning / track to trace are very welcome additions.

The ability to interface with Zoom and other VC software is also useful Post (or during) Covid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CABS?

Some of the screen are a little too cluttered until you know your way around but the previews of their new product are much better. I have seen alphas of CABS UX+ and I was blown away by its self-learning feature. which enables it to tailor the screens it presents to the main requirements of the user. I am very much looking forward to getting my hands on this.

UX+ has lived up to its expectations and the issues with the old CABS Classic have been completely eradicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
