The setup is simple, UI is clean, and even non tech team members can use it without much help. Shows the task list in a crisp manner with clear indication as to what stage is any particular job, excellent facilities to find / search using the job code or any other key words to zero in on any particular job. Lovely reports to show the completed and the pending status . Nice reports to show the Division wise Production for any given period of time, A beautiful summarized report to show staff / person wise production / occupancy for the day. What do you like best about Cflow?

What I like most is how easy it is to turn a messy manual process into a clean automated workflow. I handle a lot of small approvals for leave expenses vendor checks and internal requests and Cflow makes the whole path visible so nothing gets stuck. The drag and drop builder feels natural even for someone who is not very technical and I can create rules conditions and notifications without writing code. I also like how quickly it updates when a user completes a step so the next person gets notified instantly which keeps things moving.
