The setup is simple, UI is clean, and even non tech team members can use it without much help. **What do you like best about Cflow?**

Shows the task list in a crisp manner with clear indication as to what stage  is any particular job, excellent facilities to find / search using the job code or any other key words to zero in on any particular job. Lovely reports to show the completed and the pending status . Nice reports to show the Division wise Production for any given period of time, A beautiful summarized report to show staff / person wise production / occupancy for the day. Improved versions of speed and performance.

The presenting of texts / tables in  the mail content boxes of various stages can be better, like how it is as is in MS outlook or in any other mailing platform

**What do you like best about Cflow?**

What I like most is how easy it is to turn a messy manual process into a clean automated workflow. I handle a lot of small approvals for leave expenses vendor checks and internal requests and Cflow makes the whole path visible so nothing gets stuck. The drag and drop builder feels natural even for someone who is not very technical and I can create rules conditions and notifications without writing code. I also like how quickly it updates when a user completes a step so the next person gets notified instantly which keeps things moving. The interface is clean and the audit trail helps me track who approved what and when which is important for accountability within our team.

**What do you dislike about Cflow?**

The mobile layout feels slightly tight and sometimes the notifications appear a bit delayed on the app. I also wish the styling options inside the forms were more flexible.

**What problems is Cflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cflow helped us solve the issue of scattered approvals that used to happen across email and chat. We lost track of requests and at times people waited days for a simple response because no one remembered the last update. As someone managing a team, I've found Cflow helpful in organizing day-to-day work smoothly. Even though I'm  not a pro in coding I was able to manage the workflow in approvals and tracking the progress. Automating some of the routine tasks and customizing the forms and rules to suit our team needs is very helpful. The mobile access is a quick solution to access everything when I'm away from system. The dashboards are clear and gives a clear overview on where the team is heading to with a single glance. Cflow integrated well with third party applications and also Microsoft tools.

**What do you dislike about Cflow?**

The user interface can be a little modernized. It lags especially when trying to make the changes to existing workflows. Limited report templates which makes to build our templates from scratch that is time consuming. The analytics works great at the basic level but for detailed analysis, I've to export the data to excel to have the script logics and make the analysis better. The support team could have been better in delivering the response when a support ticket is raised.
