Michael spent a lot of time getting to know not only the gym operations, but ME as a person. We dug into how we could see quick results with small changes. He advised on things he experienced in the past and was patient with teaching and scheduled time in person to ensure understanding. **What do you dislike about Buzops?** I have not had any downside at this point with working with Michael. There are future plans of Buzops features, and its great to know that they are aware and have a plan in place of possible implimentation. **What problems is Buzops solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using a previous gym software - there are a lot of complicated features and extra work being done. Buzops is able to streamline a lot of the back end we are having to do manually and integrate it all together and create a solution that is as easy as a click of a button or pulling a report. ### 2. The start up process was relatively easy and the team was very fast to make adjustments where needed. **What do you dislike about Buzops?** The only things I had hoped would be available in the software that weren't initially there, are being added in version 2.0. I'm very excited for these additional features! **What problems is Buzops solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is saving me hundreds/thousands of dollars each month on software over 5 gyms. It also gives me the ability to create remote door access via cell phone to each of my gyms. ### 3. First off, the mobile version could do with some polishing. It's a bit clunky at times and doesn't feel as sleek and intuitive as the desktop version. Secondly, some features have a bit of a learning curve, especially the more advanced bits. But hey, that's it. And in the grand scheme of things, these issues are pretty minor. Plus, the Buzops team seems keen on improving and updating their software, so I'm hopeful these little hiccups will get ironed out. **What problems is Buzops solving and how is that benefiting you?** Man, Buzops is like the Swiss Army knife of gym management. It’s helping us solve a bunch of problems. Bye-bye, Paper Trail: We used to be drowning in paperwork - member registrations, renewals, payments.
