"Great experience with Buffer"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer scheduling feature is the one we like the best. Though our HubSpot has social feature which could essentially does the same job as Buffer, we still continue to use buffer. It does one job and it does well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Nothing to be specific. But, it would be great if they come up with mention.com kinda feature to identify business mentions on twitter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decent, but not perfect! "
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like the ability to program for multiple accounts at once. It's also convenient that longer links are automatically shortened, and we can delete the link once it's added for LinkedIn and Facebook posts. The ability to upload photos is also really nice.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I want to be able to reprogram the same tweets multiple times. We have a recurring feature for each day of the week, and I can't keep writing new copy when we already have 10 different options. The system seems to mark these tweets as spam, so I think they should look at the content and then decide in a more comprehensive manner. Even if the hashtags and copy is the same, the media accompanying it is different, so it should be intelligent enough to sense that.

I also would like a tweet bank so I could easily go back and edit and then retweet an old tweet anew. Should be easily clickable to program a previous tweet again.

I also wish I could set a standard date and time to program to iterate through when I'm entering multiple tweets in order, and not have to manually select times and dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good social media scheduler"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like being able to manage our entire team's social media content all from one interface. I am able to delegate responsibility for social media content but still retain some editorial ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Further integration with social media platforms, such as "tagging" users is not possible. But we would really like and use that feature if it were available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have tool for every social media marketer"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer supports all of the social media platforms that my organization uses and offers a TON of scheduling options which saves us hours and hours of time and helps us be more thoughtful about our social media marketing efforts. Since we started using it more than 2 years ago, it's become indispensable for our marketing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I wish there were more tracking options and that we had more control over what the final posts look like once they get published, but these are both very minor complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Add-On"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I love the button that shows up when using Twitter natively that allows you to schedule retweets. enabling you to have a constant, spread out flow of publishing on Twitter throughout the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I wish that it could be built into more tools, such as Tweet deck of other SCMS systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Buffer - Great App For Managing Social media On The Go"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like that Buffer can be integrated into major browsers (Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome. Their app is very user friendly. I can easily schedule post, get insight/analytics and import them into excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer can buggy if internet connectivity is sparse which can cause posts to be delayed or corrupt. The app is great if you are on the go. From a usability point of view, Buffer's UI is much better than spout social, and Hootsuite (especially for posting to multiple channels/social media profiles). Buffer's design sets it apart from its competition. From the browser view to the mobile app, they've put special attention towards designing the most intuitive interface possible to juggle social media accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Zip, zilch, nada. I have nothing to complain about, they're very innovative in their product updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Advocate for Life!"
What do you like best about Buffer?

1 hour a week, and my social profiles are sharing relevant content throughout the week. The transparency of the organizations and the team that supports it are absolutely something that will keep me advocating for them, forever. I am a huge fan of the product, and the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The feature set is limited. It's a strength and a weakness. I was initially upset when they removed the curated content function, but have been able to utilize the Content Inbox to build out when I was missing. I feel like with the team they have, they will be able to accomplish so much more, but they've got a strong product to begin with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines social posting"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Quick & to schedule posts across social platforms. Like the suggested times to post & the drag & drop way of reorganizing & rescheduling. Also seeing the analytics right in the platform is nice, you can review previous posts, times and other stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Doesn't always pull a description for a linked post and images don't always look right when posted through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
