"The perfect social media scheduler"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer allows us to schedule across both Twitter and LinkedIn and beyond that, can 'rebuffer' the same posts, which makes scheduling a BREEZE. Plus, the Buffer extension is great for retweeting posts that are directly added to your queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I'm sure this has to do with Instagram's allowances, but though Buffer integrates with Instagram, you can't actually schedule the posts. It's a clunky experience and we stopped utilizing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Almost Perfect"
What do you like best about Buffer?

The ability to schedule posts way in advance across so many social platforms. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use/easy to teach others to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Sometimes the interface can be a bit buggy but overall works well most of the time. I also wish it had a method of "saving" posts that were halfway written. I accidentally click out of the box sometimes and lose my drafted post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Death by Buffer is a real thing! "
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like the ability to set up multiple accounts and separate them by social media platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

If you’re not careful it’s very easy to accidentally select all your accounts and schedule a mass post across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Neat little tool for social media management"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer's can calculate the best posting times for the different social media channels you use, which takes a load off my shoulders - instead of analyzing tons of data, I just let Buffer do it for me and determine the times when our posts would have the biggest potential reach.

Content scheduling through the platform is as easy as it can get, and I appreciate the option to edit a scheduled post before it gets published.

The mobile app is quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The integration with Instagram doesn't work well (which is a nice way to say it doesn't work at all). Connecting an account was a nightmare and took quite some time/effort... only to find out that the images we schedule through Buffer don't actually appear on our Instagram feed.

I also don't particularly care about the content inbox or for Pablo, these services seem a bit redundant to me.

Last but not least, I manage the social media profiles for a few different companies/projects - and I use a separate Buffer account for each one of them. That's suboptimal as an approach but helps me keep things clean and avoid content mix-ups so it would be nice if the platform allowed for better separation of different projects within the same account - if I had that, I would go for a paid subscription no doubt.

"Buffer is the "crockpot" of social media posting - invaluable small business tool"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer really changed my world as far as Twitter is concerned. I've been an avid Twitter user for a while now, but before Buffer, I wasn't posting as consistently. Nights and weekends were a particular problem, meaning I wasn't reaching a large portion of my potential audience. Once I started using Buffer and posting consistently, I saw a big jump in my Twitter followers. As someone who frequently blogs for my own business and blogs for other publications, I have a lot of content to share. Buffer makes it easy. It's free for me as a single user. And, they have Pablo to create images--it integrates with Pixabay and Unsplash, which are my two favorite image sites. What more could you ask for? You can set Buffer and forget it overnight and on the weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I tried the paid version, thinking I might be able to set up a tweet to repeat over and over again at future intervals, but it didn't really work the way I thought it would/should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the user interface, the schedule features and the company, as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

"Makes my life easier"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I think this really makes posting to a variety of social media channels seamless and easy. We have multiple publications that require multiple channels posting multiple times a day. Being able to post to different channels all at once and schedule in advance saves us a lot of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Sometimes I don't love the character count limits. I understand why it's there but sometimes it gets in the way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
