"An easy to use and effective app."
What do you like best about Buffer?

I use Buffer on a daily basis to program the content of the different social network accounts used by my company. It is a user-friendly software and with an incredible pricing model in comparison with its competitors.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I would like you to have the possibility to have some kind of monitoring tool as well as make mentions directly in the app.

Also, besides scheduling and publishing content, I would like to be able to manage the relationship with my users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform and great price"
What do you like best about Buffer?

The cost starts at just $10 which is super affordable compared to most platforms available. The calendar view is great and lets you see everything you have scheduled. You can also move posts around and re-arrange them. It's really easy and straightforward to use. There isn't much of a learning curve if you aren't that tech savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I had some issues with scheduling posts versus queueing posts. Even though it lets you choose the time off the schedule, it doesn't fill in the time slot and will schedule multiple posts for 1 time slot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good for entrepreneurs"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I think Buffer is an excellent option for managing your corporate social media and scheduling all those things you want to share. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

The price would be the only thing. However, I think it's not that bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Scheduling Social media Posts"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer makes it so easy to schedule social media. The UI is very intuitive, the design and clean, and the features don't get in the way of each other like they sometimes do on other social platforms. Also, I love that their free plan is still very robust.

I also love that even though Instagram doesn't allow 3rd party software to post on your behalf, Buffer has very cleverly created a system for you to schedule posts from your Desktop (and push through their mobile app) anyway. Very creative solution that also saves me a ton of time.

Also, their blog posts and webinars are really well put together and contain a ton of great information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I wish they offered a pricing tier between their $10/month and $99/month. The $10/month really doesn't offer anything I need, but I don't have $99/month in my budget just for easier social analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Social Media Management"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like that you can control four accounts for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Sometimes there are glitches when posting -- the post fails to well, post, and you're not aware until the post fails. This often happens with LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finding Simplicity in Social Media Content Scheduling"
What do you like best about Buffer?

Buffer is widely seen as a synonym for social media content scheduling. I especially like the simplicity of its clean yet visually-pleasing UI. Drag and drop your posts to re-arrange, setting a custom time for a post, adjusting posting frequency and time of day can all be accomplished with ease.

I've always found Buffer's customer service agents to be top-notch as well. Of the few occasions where I require assistance, they respond in a quick manner and making me felt like they genuinely cared about the issues at hand.

"Share next" which publishes the post for next in queue while pushing all existing posts back is a very handy function.

List view and Calendar view are both available for scheduling.

I have briefly tried out their business plan with enabled collaborations: submitting post internally for review, etc, which can be handy for large marketing teams. We did not end needing this feature since our team is relatively small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

UI can be buggy at times, but usually a quick refresh fixes everything. The stats in the analytics section is inconsistent with the native Facebook stats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for managing multiple social media accounts"
What do you like best about Buffer?

That I can easily schedule posts in advance from my desktop, much easier than using the phone. That I can save items I find online to share to multiple platforms at certain times that Buffer picks to be the optimal times of day to post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

$10/month is more than I would like to pay at the moment but makes sense for businesses that are already making money online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pretty good scheduling site overall"
What do you like best about Buffer?

I like that I can schedule for all my sites at the same time. If I want to switch things around it is easy to do. It is also easy to post the same thing for several sites at the same time-- being able to pick and choose which ones I want. I also love the analytics that come with each post that is made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

I do not like the calendar view for the site. I wish they had a calendar view for all the sites on one. I can look at each one separately but I want an overall view of my upcoming social media, not just on one. I think this would make it a lot easier to see the big picture. I also do not like that Instagram does not post automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Building a Foundation on Social Media"
What do you like best about Buffer?

This is such a great tool--when it comes to social media its hard to keep up with everything. I love that you can schedule everything at once--just wish instagram allowed full scheduling and layout/filter capabilities through outside services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Buffer?

Buffer itself fits all of my needs and those of my clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
