Botfuel doesn't has any issues as of now so there's nothing that I dislike about it.

With Botfuels customer support Chatbot we have been able to reduce time on customer's end and also boost sales.

**What do you like best about Botfuel?**

It's a great bot development tool I have used. It helps a lot in customer services and solved many Problems. Reduces human efforts. No competition with this as per my analysis.

**What do you dislike about Botfuel?**

Nothing much to mention but whenever will have anything to say we must recommend.

**What problems is Botfuel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been great help to resolve business issues as well. Customer support is main aim and it's being master player there. Tremendous increment in performance with botfuel.
