What problems is Bleexo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a huge fan of Bleexo - it allows all our team to contribute and feel that their opinion is meaningful and heard. I noticed that people are not realizing the importance of happiness of their employees and that leads to a huge turnover. With this tool we got to understand better what are our actual issues affecting employee engagement and managed to act quickly in order to find the solutions. What do you like best about Bleexo?

Extremely simple and visual. Very useful for reporting, our managers love it. They have a very interesting tool, 360° feedback, that helped a couple of our team members to understand themselves better and where to improve. Plus, they are very reactive and helpful when needed! I saw that in our team our manager became much more aware of what's happening and started to apply advice from Bleexo that improved greatly the communication inside and outside our team.
