The managerial analysis is very sharp and detailed. For the moment we are only using the basic module but can't wait to discover more features... So addictive, useful and efficient ! **What do you dislike about Bleexo?** I heard that they didn't have all the languages that our company needed at the beginning, but they managed to add it in the same week. One of the best parts of the software is the managerial tips of how to improve and what decisions to make in order to solve employee engagement problems. **What do you dislike about Bleexo?** Didn’t see any cons yet, maybe just the fact that Bleexo is in France and it was complicated to see them physically, but despite that, we worked things out without a problem online. **What problems is Bleexo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a huge fan of Bleexo - it allows all our team to contribute and feel that their opinion is meaningful and heard. I noticed that people are not realizing the importance of happiness of their employees and that leads to a huge turnover. With this tool we got to understand better what are our actual issues affecting employee engagement and managed to act quickly in order to find the solutions. ### 3. Vey useful for reporting, our managers love it. They have a very interesting tool, 360° feedback, that helped a couple of our team members to understand themselves better and where to improve. Plus, they are very reactive and helpful when needed! **What do you dislike about Bleexo?** Even though there were some bugs in the beginning, everything seems to be fine now, so no real cons.. **What problems is Bleexo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increase in employee engagement ### 4. Appart that nothing to dislike. **What problems is Bleexo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I saw that in our team our manager became much more aware of what's happening and started to apply advises from Bleexo that improved greatly the communication inside and outside our team.
