**What do you like best about Binocs?**

BINoCS supports API, Mobile APP, and web APP, which is an easy and simplified way. Several customizations will be useful for start-ups and also enterprises.

**What do you dislike about Binocs?**

There are few drawbacks which is listed below,

It won't support MAC/ios.
It's a paid service, and there is no available free version. 
Only Email support is available. If there is call/live support, it will be great

**What problems is Binocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an application where we need to project live data of hardware resources and forecast future resources required for the company in the coming years. It was beneficial to view the data visualization charts/ Filter option was also really helpful
