"A professional and friendly approach to solving a long-term business issue"
What do you like best about BindTuning?

Ricardo, our Account Manager, has truly been the key factor in making this project a success. He is consistently friendly and supportive, always taking the time to listen to our ideas and then finding ways to make the BindTuning webparts accomplish exactly what we need. His deep knowledge of the products is impressive, and he knows how to leverage them effectively.

Ricardo has shown remarkable patience, guiding us through the management of our SharePoint system and helping us start to understand how to fully utilise our Microsoft systems. His project management skills have been outstanding - he has seamlessly involved other members of the BindTuning team and external specialists, making everyone feel comfortable collaborating. Throughout the process, Ricardo has kept the project on track, never just signing off and disappearing. His dedication to ensuring we achieve the best possible outcome has been clear, and now we feel confident that we are building the intranet and SharePoint sites our large organisation needs to enhance communication for both staff and service users. What do you dislike about BindTuning?

I honestly don't have any negative comments about working with BindTuning. Response times to our emails are prompt and we have regular Teams meetings so that being in different countries isn't an issue or impacting on communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Document Management with Minor Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about BindTuning?

I like the level of control BindTuning gives over documents and how easy it is to share them securely. I like that it is trustworthy and makes life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

The initial setup takes a bit of brain to understand and it could use more intuitive methods. It required some time to get familiar with all the features. The setup could be improved with clearer step-by-step guidance, simple onboarding tutorials, or sample templates to get started faster. It could provide new users an in-app explanation or guide during initial configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An alternate view and insights over our MSTeams/Sharepoint usage."
What do you like best about BindTuning?

Simple to onboard and autorize.

Great insights into our tenant (Data Governance) and a way to better understand and guide future initiatives (Policies, Sensitivity labels,...).

Many opportunities to drive consistency in the future (Provisioning new Teams using templates) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

As it looks to simple and accessible, I wonder if it will need in the future some features of other "Enterprise" and pricier competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome Suite of Tools"
What do you like best about BindTuning?

The versatility of products. Their Intranet package is what I have used the most. The suite of webparts and custom themes provides the perfect balance of additional functionality to make an Organization's intranet shine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

The deployment process can sometimes be complicated if you are not a global admin. But that is the case for just about any add-in for M365, so not much you can do about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Review as a partner"

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

The product is powerful, but occasional updates require extra testing time to ensure compatibility with existing client setups. More streamlined update processes would make deployments even smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Service and Customer Service"
What do you like best about BindTuning?

I like BindTuning's ability to customize webparts for our organization's needs. We tend to think outside the box and go against the grain with our ideas and they seem to always be able to help us implement them. They have great customer service and they keep all their customers informed about the direction their company is going through monthly calls, which they open up for Q&A and opportunity to potentially brainstorm. Been working with them since 2019 and no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

Nothing. This is not a dislike, but more of an inconvenience though, it's our time difference. We're based in the US and they are in Europe. So having meetings/calls can be a bit constrained, but they always accommodate anyway and go overtime if/when required. If your company is running out of Europe, good for you. "The most powerful provisioning automation for Microsoft 365, with an amazing team to support it"
What do you like best about BindTuning?

From the feature-rich platform, to the dedicated support team, and deep tech knowledge, BindTuning has it all.

I have been working in the Microsoft ecosystem for over 25 years, and I am now responsible for the operations of a mid-size IT/Consulting organization. Even though we are a tech firm, many of our internal processes still require several manual steps and manual effort, specially when it comes to controlling how processes work on M365.

Last year we adopted Automate365 from BindTuning, and started with one critical process: expediting Project Management. Previously, whenever a new project started, each PM had to submit a request to our administrative staff, who would spend days preparing project documentation, requesting operations to create a new channel in the right Teams team, populating it with the base structure and documentation, and inviting the right people. The process involved too many people and took way too long, being also prone to mistakes. By adopting BindTuning's Automate365 we were able to easily setup a template that reflects the structure we want, define the policies, membership, and rules to apply to each team/channel, and create an automation that triggers when a PM adds new project information to a SharePoint list. It's that simple! Everything was smoothly integrated to our current structure and process. With dozens to hundreds of projects running every year, we now use the tool on a continuos basis, and saved hundreds of hours monthly from our administrative and operations teams.

The BindTuning team is also top-notch with it comes to their availability to help. The support and technical teams will work relentlessly to help in any questions we may find.

I strongly recommend them if you are looking for a solution to automate your Microsoft 365 based processes, and better govern your tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

Nothing! Why does Microsoft make it so difficult to manage the self-service provisioning of Teams and SharePoint? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
