**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

BindTuning delivers world-class web parts for Office 365 SharePoint Modern sites. Our organization has been a loyal subscriber for nearly a decade, starting with SharePoint on-premises before seamlessly transitioning to SharePoint Online on Office 365. BindTuning’s tools have been instrumental in simplifying implementation, integration, and the configuration of web parts for effective content delivery.  

While our primary use of BindTuning centers around SharePoint Themes and Web Parts, they also offer solutions for Microsoft Teams and a robust provisioning tool for Modern site governance. Their web parts play a crucial role in our intranet environment and are widely utilized by our team.  

BindTuning continues to innovate, with exciting upcoming enhancements, including:  

- Enhanced template management for streamlined site setup  
- Simplified account management for greater user control  
- New shopping cart functionality for an improved purchasing experience  
- Product dashboards for better insights and tracking  
- Effortless site creation in SharePoint using templates  
- A new key-based licensing model for smoother product activation  
- Granular policy control and a self-service organization catalog within Automate365  
- Improved visibility and management of installed products and workspaces in BindTuning intranet solutions  
- Enhanced site governance provisioning tool for site deployment and integration with advanced workflows.

Note: Although our organization is not using BindTuning for the Teams environment, these tools are available for Microsoft Teams.

As a long-standing customer, we appreciate BindTuning’s commitment to continuous improvement, outstanding products, and the excellent support team that stands behind them.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

There have been occasions where updates to certain web parts have resulted in the loss of specific functionality due to the evolving new features. However, the BindTuning support team is always quick to respond and actively works on providing effective solutions to address these changes.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BindTuning simplifies the challenge of building a visually appealing and user-friendly intranet by providing rich, customizable user interfaces for SharePoint. With its themes and web parts, BindTuning transforms our company intranet into a modern, intuitive, and engaging platform, making it easier for employees to access lists, documents, and other critical information in a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing layout.

The impact on our organization has been significant. BindTuning’s modern layouts allow employees to quickly find the information they need, reducing time spent searching for documents or navigating complex sites. This improved efficiency enhances productivity and collaboration across teams. Additionally, the ability to customize and personalize the intranet ensures employees have access to relevant content tailored to their roles and needs. BindTuning’s tools have also helped us maintain a consistent brand identity and streamline internal communications, fostering a more connected and informed workforce.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

The versatility of products. Their Intranet package is what I have used the most. The suite of webparts and custom themes provides the perfect balance of additional functionality to make an Organization's intranet shine. They have a few webparts that simply don't exist out of the box, and the rest of them have functionality and customization options that blow the out of the box webparts out of the water. 

Each webpart has tons of options that offer extensive integrations. Their support is always quick to respond as well.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

The deployment process can sometimes be complicated if you are not a global admin. But that is the case for just about any add-in for M365, so not much you can do about that.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are countless functionality use cases that you simply cannot do without BindTuning. A few popular ones I see a lot are color coded news feeds with tags, and the people directory webpart. The table of contents is great for employee handbooks.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

Their webparts for our SP site and their amazing support!

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

Nothing we or they can do, but it's the timezone difference. Makes it a bit difficult to communicate in real time. We have 6 hours time difference.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help our intranet look modern using their webparts. They also help us build custom webparts that help our organization collaborate on guidance documents and standard operating procedures.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

Ricardo, our Account Manager, has truly been the key factor in making this project a success. He is consistently friendly and supportive, always taking the time to listen to our ideas and then finding ways to make the BindTuning webparts accomplish exactly what we need. His deep knowledge of the products is impressive, and he knows how to leverage them effectively.

Ricardo has shown remarkable patience, guiding us through the management of our SharePoint system and helping us start to understand how to fully utilise our Microsoft systems. His project management skills have been outstanding - he has seamlessly involved other members of the BindTuning team and external specialists, making everyone feel comfortable collaborating. Throughout the process, Ricardo has kept the project on track, never just signing off and disappearing. His dedication to ensuring we achieve the best possible outcome has been clear, and now we feel confident that we are building the intranet and SharePoint sites our large organisation needs to enhance communication for both staff and service users.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

I honestly don't have any negative comments about working with BindTuning. Response times to our emails are prompt and we have regular Teams meetings so that being in different countries isn't an issue or impacting on communication.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bind Tuning are providing the tools and expertise for us to create a dynamic and effective Sharepoint environment. Our current staff and learner intranets are out of date, and regular communication within the service has become ineffective. Staff are drowning with the volume of emails so that it has become an ineffective method to communicate. We wanted to build a connected messaging system that was tailored to meet the individual's needs and be relevant. We wanted to look at finding new, better ways to talk to our internal stakeholders - students and staffs. We also did not feel we were making the most of our Microsoft Applications.

It’s not BindTuning itself that I dislike; it’s the hoops I have to jump through to get it approved and in use at my company.

It makes creating, maintaining, and beautifying SharePoint much easier.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

What I like best is that BindTuning makes Microsoft 365 and SharePoint clearer, more structured, and easier to manage. The options for governance, provisioning, and a unified intranet are particularly helpful.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

At the beginning, the configuration may seem somewhat complex, especially if there is no clear Microsoft 365 governance structure in place. However, with a clean introduction, this can be resolved well.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BindTuning helps us to better structure and uniformly manage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for our customers. It primarily solves problems such as confusing Teams and SharePoint structures, lack of standards when creating new workspaces, and inconsistent intranet areas.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

I like the level of control BindTuning gives over documents and how easy it is to share them securely. I like that it is trustworthy and makes life easier.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

The initial setup takes a bit of brain to understand and it could use more intuitive methods. It required some time to get familiar with all the features. The setup could be improved with clearer step-by-step guidance, simple onboarding tutorials, or sample templates to get started faster. It could provide new users an in-app explanation or guide during initial configuration.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use BindTuning to manage and share documents in an organized, secure way, controlling access so the right people see the right information.

Their product support and willingness to help are always reassuring, especially when you have a business that depends on their products.

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

Location :). I just wish they were closer so I could buy them a drink as a thank-you for their amazing customer service.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Microsoft recently pushed a new Content Security Policy on SharePoint Online, which ended up breaking some of our other scripts. They were able to help us by fixing scripts that weren’t even theirs, so we could keep using their webparts and avoid having to create additional webparts.

**What do you like best about BindTuning?**

Simple to onboard and autorize.
Great insights into our tenant (Data Governance) and a way to better understand and guide future initiatives (Policies, Sensitivity labels,...).
Many opportunities to drive consistency in the future (Provisioning new Teams using templates)

**What do you dislike about BindTuning?**

As it looks to simple and accessible, I wonder if it will need in the future some features of other "Enterprise" and pricier competitors.

**What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Discover how our Sharepoint quota was being wasted with (Teams vs Onedrive vs Sharepoint).
Implement strategies and policies to reduce Version sprawling of office docs (PPTXs!) after many years of co-editing documents online.
Create project templates for new Teams.
