What do you like best about BindTuning?

I love the webparts and designs offered by Bindtuning. We use them regularly in our intranet, especially the accordian webpart. We have also worked with Bindtuning on Automate 365 and custom design themes. I loved how hands on and cooperative the company was. The worked tirelessly with us to do everything possible to make SharePoint match our corporate theme and automate our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

Their product support is excellent, but the interface to product support is a bit antiquated. I would love to see a support portal and have support be able to use Microsoft Teams to interact vs email and phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BindTuning?

Easy to use, quick to implement, better than the default out of the box webparts. BT allows for a custmozied look and a variety of features which are an excellent add on to the native web parts. The support team is quick to respond and keep a good track of the cases they have open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

the support or features are limited to other versions of SharePoint like 2019 as compared to SP Online. The biggest issue was when we migrated from SP 2019 to SP Online, we had to change a couple of things in the theme / webparts since both those are not exactly the same in the way the webpart functions. The webParts in particular make the daily work easier and are also very visually appealing.

What do you like best about BindTuning?

I like the flexibility of who can add and use the webparts. Other products limit the users making more work for admins. Webparts and theme are easy to use and can easily train end users on how to use them as well.

Customer service is great. I can always get resolutions and assistance in a resaonable amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BindTuning?

There probably is some room for growth in some of the QA space. But are very easy and flexible to resolve any issues quickly.

I wish custom themes would be auto updated without having to put a ticket in.

Also would be nice to be able to deploy a specific version of the webparts if needed. For example if you have a version with a bug in it you cannot use the deployment tool to deploy a previous version. You have to remove manually and deploy that specific version manually. What do you like best about BindTuning?

I really like their commitment to keep on improving their systems and the work they do on keeping you up to date on what's coming, what's happening and what's on the roadmap. Thei systems are easy to use, easy to implement, their support is always ready to assist, and we use it in a daily basis and hardly ever stumble upon issues.
