I like the flexibility of who can add and use the webparts. Other products limit the users making more work for admins. Webparts and theme are easy to use and can easily train end users on how to use them as well.

There probably is some room for growth in some of the QA space. But are very easy and flexible to resolve any issues quickly.

I wish custom themes would be auto updated without having to put a ticket in.

Also would be nice to be able to deploy a specific version of the webparts if needed. For example if you have a version with a bug in it you cannot use the deployment tool to deploy a previous version. You have to remove manually and deploy that specific version manually. I really like their commitment to keep on improving their systems and the work they do on keeping you up to date on what's coming, what's happening and what's on the roadmap. Thei systems are easy to use, easy to implement, their support is always ready to assist, and we use it in a daily basis and hardly ever stumble upon issues. There's not much to disklike. Being super picky to even have something in the 'dislike' column would be that development for their on-prem classic solutions has been cut in favor of development of their modern web parts which 100% makes sense from a product lifecycle standpoint (both theirs and SharePoint as a whole). They add a modern expected behavior to SharePoint, making it far more approachable for a standard user to edit and create content. Very helpful support staff who truly care about their product. Enjoy working with their team!

They are still locked in to many SharePoint limitations, happy to hear Microsoft will be offering up some more layout options in the near future.

There is room for improvement in the user experience/interface. Also, the complete theme/web part dependency leads to a complete redesign and lengthy downtime in case a company decides to veer away from Bindtuning as their Theme/webpart provider. Complete dependency also leads to companies hesitating to come onboard adopting Bindtuning as their provider.

It would have been more constructive if Bindtunning was to provide an "exit" path/transition for either or both products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the themes are developed based off BootStrap. Essentually, they make sharepoint web pages more responsive so that if you are viewing a site on your mobile device or adjust the size of the browser, you can still navigate and view the page with ease.

Additionally the themes are all highly customizable. Here you can adjust the coloring/branding of the theme, as well as font and spacing. This is all done via their easy to use developer tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support and Price. The price of a theme when we purchased it last year was $1,000. For that price we got a very slick and responsive theme package. The draw back was with the theme package, adjusting it outside of their developer tool was a pain and their support was very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
