**What do you like best about Billy Grace?**

What I really appreciated about working with BG is how well they support you during onboarding and employee training. They truly take the time to guide you, which makes a big difference. Unlike some other software providers, they remain accessible and responsive even after the initial setup, and are always available for follow-up questions or support.

They also actively think along with you when it comes to custom requirements and are willing to invest in tailored solutions. Even client-specific needs are taken seriously and picked up.

On top of that, they’re simply a great team to work with motivated, friendly, not pushy, and genuinely helpful.

I cant imagine a big dislike towards BG right now.

Billy Grace is helping us gain much clearer insight into the full impact of our media campaigns across the entire funnel. Instead of relying solely on platform-reported metrics or GA4, we now have an independent, more objective view of performance — including how Google is performing — without being tied to Google Analytics. This independence allows us to evaluate our media mix more critically, make better-informed decisions, and ultimately improve efficiency and effectiveness across channels.

It provides clear data-driven insights without having the bias/"own data limit" that the advertising platforms have. We all know that top funnel ads perform less than low funnel ads when looking at the last click data, but now we know what contributes where in the funnel, and also what doesn't contribute anywhere. This helps us reallocate the budgets to the right places.
It is very easy to understand and is very user friendly so learning the tool is easy.

**What do you dislike about Billy Grace?**

It is difficult to combine store-views in one Billy Grace view (for example web+IOS app+android app without making extra cost. And you pay per store so we for example skipped the smaller sites.

Billy has become a valuable tool for our team. It generates new insights (due to different attribution models) and much more accurate tracking traffic than GA4. 

The automation feature is truly a gamechanger! It helps us optimize our ad campaigns, saves us a lot of time (instead of manually adjusting budgets/ROAS) and therefore results in more efficient budget spending.

Once you have completed the setup, you will gain valuable insights across all marketing channels. Larger marketing campaigns can be easily analyzed and evaluated across multiple platforms. The unified marketing measurement attribution model in particular provides new and valuable insights. 

The AI-based automation functions save us a significant amount of time in campaign and budget management and also improve ROAS. 

The onboarding process is well structured and we receive the necessary guidance and support at all times.

**What do you dislike about Billy Grace?**

In the start-up phase, we found some errors and problems in and with Billy Grace, which is acceptable considering that Billy Grace is still a young, up-and-coming company. In addition, these issues were always resolved quickly or good solutions were found.

Billy Grace is the one central platform where we can compare the performance of all marketing channels. The UMM attribution model in particular enables us to better assess the value of impression-based campaigns.

In particular, the insights into the value of awareness campaigns also help us to make choices in this. We achieve better results and achieve cost efficiency in our marketing campaigns.

No major drawbacks found so far. Additional insights on quality of website traffic could be valuable to us.

We love the get quickly up and running for every client with a state of the art tracking and dashbaording setup. We know better understand our efforts and are able to optimize and automate. The biggest reason is that every channel we use, even DV360, has a native integration.

**What do you dislike about Billy Grace?**

Hopefully we are able to holistically create conversions over multiple labels of an client. Now we are able to create splitted overviews and dashboarding for different regions, but we are only able to automate budget optimizations per region.

We do now have a single source of throught with a GDPR/cookieless proof setup. A complete overview of all traffic sources, touchpoints and high and attribution.

Billy Grace generates new insights on attribution for us, which is especially important in a company with a long customer journey. It helps us optimize our ad campaigns without the hassle of daily adjustments. The team is very open to suggestions and feedback, and willing to help you get the most out of your BG usage. It's an easy to use platform, quickly setup and becomes part of your daily routine quickly.

Haven't run into any (big) issues yet! Would prefer a bit more insights on how the algorithm works, but that's a WIP.

We have a long customer journey and the issue with phasing-out cookies has a large impact. BG allows us to get more insights on the customer journey path and which channels/campaigns drive significant impact.

**What do you like best about Billy Grace?**

Billy Grace is a user-friendly platform. It also has a very nice helpdesk that answers your questions and explains all topics in a clear way. 
What I really like about Billy Grace is that I can see all the channels on which I place ads in one overview. This makes it clear and that works very well for me and my colleagues. The automation works super well, really an eye opener. Because I now use Billy Grace I have much more time for other things. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Billy Grace?**

One point of improvement for Billy Grace is that there is sometimes a small bug in the system. Fortunately, the helpdesk is very helpful and can often help me right away.

I can make easier choices regarding the distribution of my budget because of Billy Grace. One reason for this is the clear overview of all the channels I use. I also find that Billy Grace's attribution system works much better. It makes me feel that the decisions I make are based on more accurate data.
