What do you like best?

A very good compensation and sales software used across the sales and HR departments. Extremely supportive for medium organisations where employee strength is large and sometimes it becomes difficult for a single HR or sales system to reward and award employees. What do you like best?

The ability to manage any Comp component and to implement a tool that manages the overall compensation package of the employees is the key differentiator of beqom.

The last version gives many fonctionalities to easily simulate plans and rules modifications impacts.

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The key point is to choose the right tool for the good uses. when managing complex C&B or SPM topics the global HR solutions can't usually manage all business needs. A best of breed approach, especially for C&B processes is highly recommended.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

beqom helps manage very complex compensation plans with a standard solution. Calculation rules, budget, KPI can be managed and administrated directly by the business teams most of the time. The home page providing indicators and dashboard is very usefull to get a global vision of the campaigns, plans, actions.

Above all beqom proved to be very flexible when it comes to customer needs. Also, the clients found the interface highly intuitive and user-friendly. What do you like best?

beqom is specialized in compensation management which makes the company expert on the subject. The team can give advise and recommendations on the way of implementing as well as on the business side.

What do you like best?

beqom allows to have one entry point for HR and sales population, it gives you the flexibility to configure your salary review process, complex bonus plan and LTI, and quality data control processes, and all the complex rules to motivate your sales. It is impressive how this tool is scalable and self efficient.

The product team is very close from their customer to take in account all the lessons learnt and enhancements to improve in the future release the user experience.

When you choose beqom, no need to think about ETL, REPORTS functionnality, it is already included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The flexibilty of beqom can have negative impacts if the scope is not clearly defined and the user experience not taken in account. With all the functionallities of beqom, it can be easy to configure a complex model, difficult to maintain because you want to manage all the exceptions. It is very important to involve as soon as possible the end user to make their life easier and guarantee a great user experience thanks to the amazing UI experience. Don't think that the vendors that propose all the modules, ERP, Financial planning, Comp & Ben, recruitment, Training, talent management are the best in each area. What do you like best?

The platform is very flexible and can be customised to meet just about any client needs. Clients do not need to change their business processes to fit the platform.
