What do you like best about BeHeard?

BeHeard makes guest feedback feel actionable. It consolidates guest sentiment into a clear usable view that helps us understand what our customers are actually experiencing across channels. The platform is super intuitive for both back end users and consumer facing UI/UX. It's so easy to roll out projects quickly and does the analytics for you so you get to the "so what" quicker. What do you dislike about BeHeard?

Less of a dislike, more of a consideration - like any tool, it does require some calibrating to start (their team does a good job of supporting the onboarding).
