**What do you like best about Permut?**

We are very happy with Permut as a company. They have helped us carry out all the integrations with the applications we use most frequently, and have acted with the utmost speed from the beginning. They are always available for inquiries or modifications to the Bot, which has given us great peace of mind.

The system has been created both technically and in design completely tailored to our needs. Thanks to their work, we are currently resolving around 30% of incidents, and we have high expectations that this number will reach up to 40% with the future modifications and integrations we have planned.

We are so satisfied with their service that we are considering centralizing all the AI we use at Scuffers with Permut, with the intention of creating a stable and lasting relationship with them.

We 100% recommend their service to any company looking for effective and fast solutions, without a doubt they will continue to be a key part of our team!

We don't have any negative points at the moment.

**What problems is Permut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Permut helps us resolve all the issues a customer may encounter, from the moment they enter the Scuffers website until they complete the purchase cycle, receiving their order at home.

**What do you like best about Permut?**

It has helped me improve contact with my clients, learning more about them and enhancing communication, all of which has translated into better Conversion and Retention rates.

**What do you dislike about Permut?**

I am very happy, but if I had to point out a downside, I would say that we are still working to make all interactions perfect, but this is something we are improving every week.

**What problems is Permut solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Educate the customers about my product and resolve doubts.

How accurately Permut determines whether the AI is providing good responses or if the chat needs to be escalated for human review.

The dashboard could be more intuitive, sometimes I have difficulties to find some configurations.

Permut is helping our business handle FAQs very efficiently. It does this through WhatsApp — the channel our customers prefer when seeking support.
