**What do you like best about Beckon?**

There is multi-country data I can use in analyses of the ROI of our marketing investments.

**What do you dislike about Beckon?**

1) Beckon take no responsibility for the validity of data in the system, saying instead, we only post what your people send to us. "If it is wrong it is somebody else's fault."
2) it is painfully slow to extract data. All I want is flat files for use in sales response modeling. You'll see in the screen shots that my dashboards do not load from one log on instance to the next. It takes entirely too long to get what I need out of this system.
3) labeling scheme is not harmonized. the same brand appears with different spelling in different countries

**Recommendations to others considering Beckon:**

Find somebody else. Beckon are expensive and unable to deliver.

**What problems is Beckon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I want to use data in the Beckon tool to extract media data for use in sales response models which in turn are used to measure the ROI of marketing and make optimization analyses and tools that help us decide what types of media-brand combos deserve more or less funding going forward which in turn helps us to maximize firm profits. The Bekcon data is one of many sources of input.

The UI is not user-intuitive and often leaves people unable to know where to go.
