What do you like best about Banyan Technology?

This platform can be customized to suit the user's needs. Every LSCM company has differnet business processes and therefore different needs. There is not a single out-of-the-box solution on the market that will readily encompass all of those requirements. What do you dislike about Banyan Technology?

The end-to-end implementation of the Banyan platform can sometimes be a long and cumbsersome one. Banyan Technology doesn't understand a business' processes in the same way that the every-day users of the software would. Banyan Solutions Specialists are quick to adapt the software, however, both Banyan Technology and it's customer might benefit from a more in-depth intial deep dive of a client's usage goals before the go-live stage. Put shortly, building the Banyan platform into a company's business processes allows it to become a more permanent fixture that the client then doesn't have to ability to function normally without. What do you like best about Banyan Technology?

Their support team is great! They are easy to contact, a pleasure to communicate with, very knowledgeable and quick to fix your problem.

One member Adel was amazing. He contacted a carrier himself to obtain necessary info. Then showed tremendous patience and diligence repeatedly explaining the problem and solution to the carrier company, for them to finally understand the issue was on their end. I am grateful for Adel's efforts, as this situation would have been a nightmare without him.

What do you dislike about Banyan Technology?

Implementation was a bit of a headache at times, however I may have gotten unlucky with the person who set us up. I think the nature of their business can be difficult, especially when working with api's/rating for smaller carrier companies. What do you like best about Banyan Technology?

Banyan is very easy to use, and you can import all of our products into the Banyan data base. Banyan reports are very helpful to help reduce freight rates in the system. The Banyan platform is one of the only TMS systems that we have worked with that allows users to multi-mode rate on one screen to ensure the right mode, carrier, cost and service are selected for every shipment.

The management team at Banyan are always looking at ways to improve the application and look to partner with companies that make the system more powerful and useful to all of their customers.
