Banyan Technology doesn't understand a business' processes in the same way that the every-day users of the software would. Banyan Solutions Specialists are quick to adapt the software, however, both Banyan Technology and it's customer might benefit from a more in-depth intial deep dive of a client's usage goals before the go-live stage.
