
I have been using BC in the Cloud for 1.5 years for BC/DR planning, and I find it incredibly useful in managing tasks in one central location. The tool enables comprehensive workflow structuring for Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), effectively supporting the entire Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) lifecycle from beginning to end. The implementation process was smooth, and I appreciated the guidance from an assigned implementation specialist, which helped us become familiar with the tool. I also find the capability to structure Business Entities to document our company's organization very beneficial. The platform allows me to perform various critical tasks, such as calculating Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and documenting task lists for outages, which are essential for our operations. Furthermore, the platform is not only easy to use but also customizable to fit any organization's unique needs. I particularly value how the platform supports our goal of achieving the ISO 22301 certification. The BC in the Cloud team is fantastic—they truly listen to customers and address their needs. I find the report customization in BC in the Cloud challenging as it requires a pretty extensive knowledge of HTML to modify documents.
