Easy to provision and manage SQL database in the cloud. Pay as you go model helps for quick functionality verification as needed, hence less cost for dev and test environment. In a few use cases, it becomes costlier if not planned and provisioned appropriately. The database sharding feature is not available as few other cloud database options. Less scalable as compared to NoSQL databases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
