The great thing is customer support, they are responsive and helpful and overall, it's a good experience from start to complete. **What do you dislike about Azure SQL Database?** it's a bit expensive as your usage grows, especially if you need higher performance. Sometimes the pricing feels a little confusing too. Also, while it's generally easy to use, there are moments when advanced configuration can be tricky if you are not very technical.
