Azure SQL Database is way good for offering cloud base solutions, but it also has some limitations:

It does not support multiple database transactions in one instance, which makes it challenging to run complex queries or do anything that requires joins.

I don't say it is expensive, but it's a bit pricey compared to other service providers.
