**What do you like best about AvidMobile?**

Good sales pitch, seeemed very sincere about what they were going to offer. 

**What do you dislike about AvidMobile?**

Unfortunately, nearly everything. We purchased their ‘mobile marketing company in a box’ service 3 1/2 years ago. From onboarding to delivery of all promised, they failed to deliver, or delivered something less than promised. For example their ‘custom’ website was a free Wix template. 

**Recommendations to others considering AvidMobile:**

Many other better options. 

**What problems is AvidMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer engagement. Never got to realize this based on their lack of delivery of promised services

**What do you like best about AvidMobile?**

I love the price the best - currently only $9.99 a month and I get 1000 messages a month with extra texts only being .01 each. 

**What do you dislike about AvidMobile?**

Haven't found what I dislike yet, just signed up.

**Recommendations to others considering AvidMobile:**

Great entry price. 

**What problems is AvidMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm starting a couple of business SMS lists  - one for general stories and one for RAKM ideas. (Random Acts of Kindness Moments)
