I find that Approval Studio could benefit from more specific views for tracking approval statuses, such as whether a project is pending internal or external review, it does show status as review. It would help me see where bottlenecks occur, whether with us or the clients. Even for our technically savvy users, the zoom in/out was cumbersome to get use to. Moving around the design is a little clunky for clients, with click and drag to move.

The simple mode for tools is too basic and the full editing tools is too much for clients.
