What I like best is AIXON's AI brains. There are many AI brains that KCC can utilize to servce business' needs. One of the brains that is very standout to us though is "Analyze and Segment Users brain". It helps shed some light on customers' insights. According to this brain, KCC can customize our messages to prospects to be highly related to their interests; as a result, KCC gains an significant uplift in conversion. What do you dislike about Appier AIXON?

AI brains is totally something new we've tried to adopted and utilized, and it does not seem to be available elsewhere in the marketwide. You need to spend some time to get familiarized with all the different brains. Thus, it takes some learning curve to utilize its utmost capabalities. Getting related business units to get involved as early as possible so that you can discover and address all business pain points within a short time.
