"AONMeetings Makes Field-to-Office Collaboration Easy with Clear Audio and Screen Sharing"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We use AONMeetings to connect our office staff with teams working out in the field. The browser-based access makes it simple for people to join from different devices, without running into setup hassles. Screen sharing is especially helpful for walking through plans and updates visually, rather than relying on long email threads. Audio quality has been consistently clear, even when the connection is weaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The video quality can dip a bit when someone joins from a very poor network. It’s still usable overall, but in those situations it isn’t always perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with AONMeetings. We understand the importance of clear audio and screen sharing for effective collaboration. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the video quality in poor network conditions and will strive to enhance this aspect of our service.

"AONMeetings: Rock-Solid for Large Investor Update Calls"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We host quarterly investor update calls, and AONMeetings has been a consistently solid choice. The platform handles larger groups well, and the access controls make it easier to manage attendance. Screen sharing for financials and presentations has also been smooth and reliable, which helps the calls run without unnecessary interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

Exporting attendee data still takes a bit of manual effort on my end. I’d also appreciate more flexibility in the reporting options, since that would make follow-up easier and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We appreciate your feedback about the exporting attendee data and reporting options. We'll take this into consideration as we continue to improve our platform for a better user experience.

"Smooth, High-Quality Live Demos with Easy Recording"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

The strong video quality and minimal lag make live demos feel natural and smooth. I can share my screen, annotate features as I go, and answer questions without getting interrupted. Being able to record sessions is also helpful for new prospects who can’t attend live, since they can watch later and still get the full context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The virtual background options are pretty limited. They do work, but I’d really like to see more variety, especially for customer-facing calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We're thrilled to hear that Aonmeetings is helping you conduct consistent and repeatable demos, leading to more natural sales conversations and shorter demo cycles. Your feedback about the virtual background options is duly noted and will be considered for future enhancements.

"Clear Weekly Reviews with Great Screen Sharing and AI Summaries"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We run weekly performance and planning reviews using AONMeetings. The screen sharing and annotation tools make it easier to walk through data clearly and give more precise feedback in the moment. I also find the AI-generated summaries helpful for capturing key points and keeping track of follow-ups after each meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The AI summaries occasionally miss important context when a conversation jumps between topics. Because of that, I still go back and review the notes manually to make sure everything is accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We're glad to hear that AonMeetings is helping to improve your weekly performance and planning reviews with its screen sharing and AI-generated summaries.

"AONMeetings Makes Sensitive Conversations Simple and Secure"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We often handle sensitive employee conversations, and Aonmeetings works best for that kind of use. The meeting lock features and the waiting room feature are easy to manage and very helpful. The setup steps aren’t overly technical, so it’s easy to onboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

We have to pay close attention to the recording controls; otherwise, mistakes can happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

It's great to hear that Aonmeetings is solving the need for secure remote HR discussions and simplifying participation. We appreciate your support.

"AONMeetings Delivers Reliable Hybrid Classes with Engaging Polls and Chat"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

We use AONMeetings for classes that include both in-person and remote students. The video and audio quality are consistently reliable, and students can join without running into technical hurdles. Features like polls and chat also make it easier to keep remote participants engaged throughout the session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

Managing engagement between in-person and remote groups takes some practice. The tools are available, but instructors still need to plan ahead to keep both groups involved and the session running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We're glad to hear that AONMeetings is delivering reliable hybrid classes with engaging features like polls and chat. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

"AONMeetings: Seamless Browser-Based Meetings with Reliable Quality"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

The biggest win for me is that AONMeetings runs entirely in the browser. There are no downloads, no updates, and no extra friction for clients or staff when joining meetings. The video and audio quality have been consistent for me, even on larger internal calls. Scheduling is also straightforward, and the calendar integrations save time while keeping everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

The interface could use a bit more polish in a few areas, as some parts still feel slightly rough around the edges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We're glad to hear that you appreciate the seamless browser-based experience and the consistent video and audio quality. We'll definitely take your feedback about the interface into consideration for future improvements.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

File sharing limits could be more visible. It took a bit of exploration to understand what sizes were supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dwight Reed of Aonmeetings

We're glad to hear that AonMeetings has made your client onboarding process smoother and more efficient. We appreciate your feedback about file sharing limits, and we will work on making them more visible for a better user experience.

As a Client Success Manager, I spend most of my day in meetings, and Aonmeetings helps keep everything straightforward. Scheduling calls is quick and efficient. The screen sharing feature is reliable, making it easy to conduct demos, onboarding sessions, and review calls. I also appreciate having both chat and call controls conveniently located in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Video conferencing and webinars with no hassle of downloads or updates!"
What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

For a school being busy, it's nice to not have to update every time we want to have a meeting since the platform is 100% browser-based.

The features that come with the subscription fit our needs without having to purchase or upgrade to a different plan, and the ability to have webinars without having to purchase add-ons is a plus! Everything is easy to use such as live polling, breakout rooms, and even assigning moderator controls to multiple attendees helps streamline our sessions.

AONMeetings was easy for our staff to implement since all you need is a browser. We were up and running within a day.

We use AONMeetings almost on a weekly basis for board meetings, trainings, professional development with teachers, and meet with parents and have integrated it into our SIS.

Customer support is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

Overall AONMeetings is a great product. The only thing we'd like to see is full compatibility with Safari and Firefox browsers, which would be a plus, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

Since it's optimized for Chrome and Edge we can easily use these browsers to gain full functionality of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
