"Scheduling no longer feels like a full-time job!"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

The best thing about Aonmeetings is how effortless it makes setting up meetings. I can book recurring sessions, sync with multiple calendars, and send reminders without switching tools. The built-in meeting templates save me so much time when setting up client calls or team reviews. The dashboard is neat, and everything stays organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

It can get a bit slow when many participants are invited from different time zones — syncing calendars takes a few seconds. Also, I’d love a built-in “follow-up tasks” feature after meetings instead of exporting notes manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Aonmeetings, scheduling was chaos — constant back-and-forth emails and missed updates. Now everything’s centralized, and meeting invites go out perfectly aligned with everyone’s availability. It’s made my job so much less stressful and has saved hours every week. My boss even noticed how much smoother our weekly coordination feels now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're thrilled to hear that Aonmeetings has made scheduling effortless for you! Our goal is to streamline the process and save you time, so we're glad to hear that recurring sessions, calendar syncing, and meeting templates have been helpful. We appreciate your feedback about the slow syncing with multiple time zones and the request for a built-in 'follow-up tasks' feature, and we'll certainly take that into consideration for future improvements.

"Run client demos without tech issues"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

I use Aonmeetings nearly every day for demos, and it has consistently performed well for us. The HD video and screen sharing features operate smoothly, even when I switch between different tabs or tools during a call. The whiteboard is also quite useful whenever I need to explain something on the spot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

Occasionally, when my internet connection drops, the browser refreshes unexpectedly. Because of this, I usually keep a backup tab open just in case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

This tool allows me to run demos without the hassle of software downloads or complicated setup steps. My clients are able to join more quickly, which helps reduce unnecessary delays. As a result, I can concentrate on guiding them through the product rather than spending time on troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Making Online Classes Easy and Engaging"

5/5

What do you like best about Aonmeetings?

The best thing is that my students can join the class with just one click. There is no need for them to download any software, so the parents are also happy. The whiteboard and screen sharing are very good for explaining the lessons, it is feeling just like a real classroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aonmeetings?

I really wish there were a straightforward attendance feature. At the moment, I have to take a screenshot of all the students at the beginning of each class just to keep track of who is present. Having an automatic attendance report that I could download would save me a significant amount of time every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aonmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first started online classes, it was very difficult. Students were having trouble joining, the connection was dropping, and it was hard to keep them focused. Now, the classes are running very smoothly. I can see all my students, they can ask their doubts using the 'raise hand' feature, and I am recording the class so they can revise later. It is helping my students learn better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
