We can show code, system interfaces, and design drafts clearly without any lag, reducing misunderstandings during discussions. The built-in meeting recording function is super practical, letting us save meeting content for later review, which is great for those who miss sessions or need to revisit details. I also like the flexible and secure permission control settings, which help protect our confidential information by adjusting access and speaking rights as needed.

At Telepol, we operate one of the largest private security networks. From our regional office, I need to coordinate daily with our headquarters in Shumen and our mobile patrol units. Aonmeetings provides the highly secure, end-to-end encrypted video conferencing we require for shift handovers, because we discuss sensitive information such as alarm responses. We can’t rely on consumer-grade video chat for that.
