We get so many reps answering our calls from us that sometimes they mispronounced our company name or pass on calls that should have been filtered

**Describe the project or task Answering Service Care helped with:**

We are a healthcare company, therefore it is critical for members/clients to be able to reach a person 24/7 at our organization.  This minimizes the risk for HIPPA violation and ensures messages are being answered/managed effectively the next business day.

**What do you like best about Answering Service Care?**

The ability to see and manage missed calls and messages amongst our team to ensure all calls are being returned/answered effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Answering Service Care?**

We occasionally experience a lag in updates in the portal; If one colleague updates the status of a call or assigns it to them it can take some time for the portal to update, allowing time for another person to go in & edit the same message/call without any error/messaging stating this was already handled. This may be more of a server issue given our entire team is working remotely.

**Recommendations to others considering Answering Service Care:**

This is a great application that can assist in both managing calls outside of business hours as well as managed those messages/calls amongst your team when returning to the 'office'.

**What problems is Answering Service Care solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to provide our members and clients with a human interaction every time they call us;  This also works as a way for us to manage missed calls efficiently amongst our Client Services team.
