What do you dislike about Answering Service Care?
We occasionally experience a lag in updates in the portal; If one colleague updates the status of a call or assigns it to them it can take some time for the portal to update, allowing time for another person to go in & edit the same message/call without any error/messaging stating this was already handled. This may be more of a server issue given our entire team is working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
