They have superior Technology with the AI receptionist and it sounds and speaks fast without long delays

Maybe pricing for the upgraded plans could be less costly.

Take the time to get it right. Think about your company and all the issues that you’ve had with your other human related answering products and refine them now.

**What problems is Abby Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to state my appreciation for the hard work that Aaron has put into creating the workflow for our new AI answering receptionist. I wanted a robust call flow and Aaron and his team were able to accomplish this with a lot of hard work and complicated code. They were easy to get a hold of, and they are solution oriented folks. I have to recommend Abby Connect over the other 2 companies we previously worked with because of the effort of their team and the ability to schedule our Roofing appointments using a Google calendar right there on the phone call. I’m excited about the time that this is going to save me. I know it is going to be the highest ROI of all of our Software solutions. If you are a service company, you need a ai receptionist. Abby connect is definitely the best. In fact you can even ask Grok. That is how I found them to begin with!

**What do you like best about Abby Connect?**

Call info is shared by email/text/portal, they answer calls like they are our company employees, they answer questions about services, availability, and can collect info, and schedule appointments for multiple members of our team. Our customer service manager, Priscilla Loza, checks in regularly to see if we need anything, and responds FAST anytime I email her an update or questions.

**What do you dislike about Abby Connect?**

It is a little pricy when you add additional team members that may need their calendar added for scheduling appointments. The customer service is great though so we pay it. They are using AI for transcriptions and there are a lot of errors in client names, but we know our clients well and I believe they are working to improve it.

**Recommendations to others considering Abby Connect:**

Consider the Calandly app they recommend! I was reluctant but now I love it and it allows them to schedule appointments, just as any front desk employee would do for their professional staff.

**What problems is Abby Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer get interrupted with so many calls and I can complete more tasks for my clients. If clients call and I am unavailable, I receive an email, which I can often respond back to the client immediately while on other calls and meetings. My time is much more productive and efficient. I do not have 20 calls to return at the end of a hectic day, maybe only 1 or 2 now. Billing is way higher, and clients are a lot happier because I am getting it all done now.

I didn't like the pricing once you go through all the benefits of the product.

If you need extra help with marketing through phone calls, Abby seems to be a pretty effective too. Just be ready to spend some money.

Telemarketing is the reason we signed up for the trial with Abby Connection.

They are prompt with sending us detailed call notes from a wide variety of incoming call types (current clients, adjusters, subrogation adjusters, potential clients, other attorneys, etc.)

Honestly nothing. They have been excellent to work with.

Don't wait. Give them a call and see how they can help your team.

**What problems is Abby Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Abby Connect has been incredible to assist with during-hours spillover calls at the law firm I manage, as well as assisting us with after hours and weekend calls. Their team is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. They really work with you to ensure they are answering calls, routing calls, and routing phone messages appropriately with correct and detailed information. They have been invaluable to us since we started using their services. The portal they provide is also really helpful in terms of viewing their call logs, notes, and providing feedback or follow up information. We really have loved having Karla Alvarado-Vargas as our account manager - she is proactive in checking in with us and providing support as our firm has grown and developed our standard operating procedures.

Sometimes reps put callers on hold for too long. I would prefer if callers never got put on hold.

Don't hesitate to try it. They are super easy to work with, super easy to set up, and they have some great people answering the phone for you.

They are really great at recording calls.

**What do you dislike about Abby Connect?**

1. They billed us for spam calls
2. They billed us for time where the phone is ringing
3. They tried to charge us $300/month to use Google Calendar instead of Calendly
4. They were scheduling appointments with customers in different timezones.
5. They were scheduling appointments with customers for roof estimates without even getting the customers' home address
6. They would put customers on hold for minutes at a time to "talk to the team" but never contact anyone from the team. Super weird
7. The initial sales representative from Abby quoted us something, but during onboarding kept trying to upsell us.
8. They charged us for overage charges when 70% of the minutes were spent on spam calls and the phone ringing.

Avoid this company like the plague. They're terribly educated on the industries they're supposed to represent and they're very unprofessional on the phone.

They were supposed to answer phone calls and schedule appointments so we can convert more leads for a roofing company.

We haven't had any issues. It's been great.

We were having a lot of calls with our after hours answering service - poor customer service, missed calls, etc. Since we've switched to Abby we've had great results and any programming changes we needed were quickly and easily done by our account rep Angelica.

I appreciate the relationship that I have with our Client Service Manager Angelica Monterrosa.  She's been fabulous and always available.  Keeping me updated and informed.

We've not experienced a downside.  Even if we've had small issues, they are addressed and resolved.

I highly recommend to other businesses in need of an after hours phone services.

**Describe the project or task Abby Connect helped with:**

Abby has enabled my self and my partner to support our customers 24/7/366 without having to be "on-call" ourselves. They have not only relieved us of the anxiety of remaining alert and 'available' at all times, but we trust they will act as an extension of us, and treat our customers just the same as if we or our in-house staff were taking the call ourselves. We have had wonderful Success with Abby Connect after trying a couple of their competitors first. We couldn't be more satisfied with their attention to details, how they present themselves to our clients, their call handling and customer service abilities and their ability to handle some tricky customer situations without passing blame to our team or giving the client the impression that they are sitting in a call center and not inside our office. We have been impressed with their professionalism and trust them to operate with integrity and in alignment with our company ethics and values. We sincerely appreciate the support and service provided by Abby and would recommend them to anyone looking to augment their team or outsource answering services for their business.
