Call info is shared by email/text/portal, they answer calls like they are our company employees, they answer questions about services, availability, and can collect info, and schedule appointments for multiple members of our team. Our customer service manager, Priscilla Loza, checks in regularly to see if we need anything, and responds FAST anytime I email her an update or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a little pricy when you add additional team members that may need their calendar added for scheduling appointments. The customer service is great though so we pay it. They are using AI for transcriptions and there are a lot of errors in client names, but we know our clients well and I believe they are working to improve it. 3. They tried to charge us $300/month to use Google Calendar instead of Calendly
4. They were scheduling appointments with customers in different timezones.
5. They were scheduling appointments with customers for roof estimates without even getting the customers' home address
6. They would put customers on hold for minutes at a time to "talk to the team" but never contact anyone from the team. Super weird
7. The initial sales representative from Abby quoted us something, but during onboarding kept trying to upsell us.
