We are into training and counseling industry were we need to response to huge number of calls and connect outgoing too. This was a real headache as I from sales team who need to respond to these. Now I don't need to worry if I miss some calls as go answer takes it for me. Now with its support I can filter out important calls and calls which I need to connect on priority.
