I can't say I dislike anything, but I would advise that if the position you are hiring for requires phone conversation, make sure to participate in the interview process. Wing Assistant is more than capable of finding the right candidate, but if Fluency in your language is a high priority you need to take an active role. What I like best about Wing is the quality and reliability of their virtual assistants.
