What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

I can't say I dislike anything, but I would advise that if the position you are hiring for requires phone conversation, make sure to participate in the interview process. Wing Assistant is more than capable of finding the right candidate, but if Fluency in your language is a high priority you need to take an active role. What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

What I like best about Wing is the quality and reliability of their virtual assistants. We started with one assistant and were so happy with the experience that we’ve since onboarded additional VAs through Wing. I’ve also confidently recommended Wing to colleagues and contacts looking for virtual assistant services.

My dedicated assistant, Anne, is truly exceptional. She’s proactive, communicative, and a joy to work with, consistently helping make our workflows more efficient and productive. What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

The ony thing I can mention at this time is that my assistant is required to provide a summary of the day both at the end of the day and the beginning of the next. If we could streamline it to one full summary at the end of the day, and then a check-in in the morning, that would be better. Nothing wrong with it, just more to read. They are communicative, fast learning and I've had no worry about turnover rate. If I need a replacement, they find them.

What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

Working with Wing has been an outstanding experience. Their communication is clear, proactive, and always professional, and they’ve truly become an extension of our team. Everyone is easy to work with, highly reliable, and consistently delivers quality work.

Although the team is based in the Philippines, we’ve had zero issues with time differences—scheduling calls has been seamless, and the overnight workflow has been a huge benefit. Honestly, nothing. From my experience, the process was disorganized, communication was poor, and no value was delivered. I never received a qualified candidate or timely updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After paying a deposit, I was ghosted for weeks. When they finally responded, they admitted they couldn’t meet their SLA due to “an unexpected setback” but still refused to refund my deposit, citing the contract.
