What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

Working with Wing has been an outstanding experience. Their communication is clear, proactive, and always professional, and they’ve truly become an extension of our team. Everyone is easy to work with, highly reliable, and consistently delivers quality work.

Although the team is based in the Philippines, we’ve had zero issues with time differences—scheduling calls has been seamless, and the overnight workflow has been a huge benefit. What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

Honestly, nothing. From my experience, the process was disorganized, communication was poor, and no value was delivered. I never received a qualified candidate or timely updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

After paying a deposit, I was ghosted for weeks. When they finally responded, they admitted they couldn’t meet their SLA due to “an unexpected setback” but still refused to refund my deposit, citing the contract. Recruiting moves very fast - so we often don't get a chance to compare many candidates side by side. However when we requested to interview at least 2-3 candidates for each position Wing accommodated us well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

When you have more than one wing assistant, they all share the same platform so if we want to assign them each different tasks or have them work on another team, we have to use our company's chat platform instead of the wing platform. Having a way to separate communication for each assistant would be nice so they don't all get notified at once for communication with another virtual assistant. What do you like best about Wing Assistant?

Wing was extremely helpful. Their account rep took the time to learn about my business/needs and goals. This is important when you are working on your business and need the right match. A VA is not someone you have in person so delivering instructions and keeping up with their tasks and completion is very hard. Their technology, the dashboard is amazing and makes it so simple to communicate with their VA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wing Assistant?

I have yet to find a negative feature. I can expect there to be difficulty with locating the right VA or having sufficient staff as their popularity grows. Their account reps team are helpful, resourceful and the VAs are polite and diligent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the time, this is easy and once a wing assistant starts and gets going with us, they stay and are fantastic! We're on our second busy season, and will have some of them staying all year long!
