Answering after hours emergency calls, fielding unnecessary calls and taking messages for us when out of office

**What do you like best about AnswerForce?**

Script building is helped by the AnswerForce staff

**What do you dislike about AnswerForce?**

Staff have no training on your product, just a script, so they will often mess things up if your script is not robust

**What problems is AnswerForce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to filter out unneeded after hours callers while still letting them know we are available 24/7 for emergencies
