"Impossible to cancel account and stop billing"
What do you like best about Amilia?

They were eager to help get the account set up and get billing started.

Now I understand why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amilia?

I originally signed up for Amelia to launch a summer camp but due to unforeseen circumstances we wont be able to move forward with the camp. We were planning to launch it next summer instead though as we've got everything ready to launch and were planning on using Amelia to do so.

I've been trying now for two weeks to cancel my account. Each email I send is met with a response that a "customer success" agent will reach out. It has been two weeks now and I still havent heard from someone. I'm about to get billed AGAIN for something I no longer need.

Pretty sure at this point that their strategy is to postpone cancellations until they can milk as many billings with unhappy customers as they can.

Brilliant way to burn bridges and insure that next year we'll be looking elsewhere for another platform to use. As a member of a wide network of community initiatives I'll be making sure to warn as many people to avoid this platform as I can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
