**What do you like best about Amilia?**

Nothing. The company works to make the company siign to the plataform and after refuse to cancel when it do not works like promisse.

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

They give a free trial for 6 months and when you try to cancel they still keep charging

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our school ned a friendly app.Do not benefity our company because it do not works for parents and teachers

**What do you like best about Amilia?**

They were eager to help get the account set up and get billing started. 
Now I understand why.

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

I originally signed up for Amelia to launch a summer camp but due to unforeseen circumstances we wont be able to move forward with the camp. We were planning to launch it next summer instead though as we've got everything ready to launch and were planning on using Amelia to do so.
I've been trying now for two weeks to cancel my account. Each email I send is met with a response that a "customer success" agent will reach out. It has been two weeks now and I still havent heard from someone. I'm about to get billed AGAIN for something I no longer need. 
Pretty sure at this point that their strategy is to postpone cancellations until they can milk as many billings with unhappy customers as they can. 
Brilliant way to burn bridges and insure that next year we'll be looking elsewhere for another platform to use. As a member of a wide network of community initiatives I'll be making sure to warn as many people to avoid this platform as I can.

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially had high hopes for amelia. 
But their customer service is terrible and cancelling is proving to be expensive and time consuming if we manage to cancel without having to invlove our bank and put a stop to the payments from our end.

**What do you like best about Amilia?**

The wide range of abilities that Amilia offers is something I sincerely love. It offers an integrated approach that successfully responds to the needs of varied organisations.

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

It doesn't provide enough sophisticated customization options, which limits how easily it may be modified to meet certain needs.

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our issues with registration and payments have been satisfactorily managed by Amilia. The days of handling manual paperwork and money are passed. Everything has been smoothly automated and simplified.

The huge number of activites that you can find a lot of memeberships and things to do, and the purchase process is not that complicated.

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

The UI/UX is not that intractrive or engaging when compared tio the level of technology that we have now.

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The bring all your memberships and they make it easy for all the orginaization to be found and to get registrations and to enage with thier community. And for me it helped alot to find and manage all the service providers memberships.

Amilias collection of reporting and tools provides invaluable wisdom into organisational performance enabling knowledgeable decisions based on the analysis of data.

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

Due to the excessive amount of steps needed to enter activities, I find the procedure to be rather taking time.

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It resolved much of my problems and smoothly done the process of registration which is so much complicated sometimes.

1. Modern customer-facing storefront and easy website embedding
2. Ease of Use, not too hard to learn
3. Multilevel user and administrator levels
4. Great customer support
5. Constant stream of updates, ever-growing

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

1. Smart Rec is seemingly a newer offering in the Recreation profession. 
2. There are some limitations in terms of reporting that is frustrating
3. Only one option for online card processing (CardPointe)
4. Printing reports are ugly aesthetically, and often formatting struggle to fit on one page

**Recommendations to others considering Amilia:**

Couple with ActivityMessenger.com

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Customers are using their online accounts more and more
2. Any time of the day registration and purchases; inhouse registration is way down
3. Custom rental contracts built and invoiced through Amilia
4. Great integration with other marketing software like ActivityMessenger

Signing forms electronically makes our registration and classes run so much smoother!

Some of our older clients find it hard to navigate the website.

We can process payments easier, collect necessary forms, and check proof of vaccination all before the class even starts.

How user friendly that it can be. I enjoy how responsive their staff is as well.

I do not like how many steps are needed when inputting activities.

I realized how adaptable they are and how they are always willing to learn about their software as well!

The intuitive process and the ease of the sofware.

Some of the reporting but I see solutions in the near future! Also the daily reconciliation I have to do for my account department.

**What do you like best about Amilia?**

There is a lot to like about the AMILIA software but so far the best part has been the attentive customer service and support.  They have been amazing.  The detailed financial reporting has been a close second. 

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

There is always room for improvement, having an online function for attendance of an activity would be first on my wish list. 

**Recommendations to others considering Amilia:**

The onboarding and training is very comprehensive.  I had Naomi walk me through the entirety of the program and she helped me with the problems that were unique to our business.  These sessions were recorded and sent to me for review later.  
The financial reporting is amazing. Creating ledger codes and being able to have complete data on our programs has improved my business planning a ton!
The layout of the store is basic but effective and my customers have really appreciated the ease of use and the ability to fill out our forms once and reuse them for many programs. 
The heart of my AMILIA experience has been the people from AMILIA that help along the way.  From my initial demo to onboarding, to the daily questions I ask of the support team; every person has been professional, knowledgeable and eager to help.  I cannot say enough about the service we have received from them.

The ability to use the client's account to bill for things they use unexpectedly has been a huge help to our business.  The way that every service used is billable and stored in their account has streamlined any billing or collecting we have had to do for our programs.

I cannot pick one thing!!! The easy customer interface, custom payment plans, the reporting, and so much more

**What do you dislike about Amilia?**

Calendar invites are still wrong and we have had to disable this feature, no mass editing, cannot creat custom administrative groups 

**What problems is Amilia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving for staff and families, faster registrations. Tumbling sign up for the year for our families has been simplified.
