I like the call connectivity and the agent dashboard for advisors. Both make it easier to stay connected on calls and manage day-to-day work from one place.

**What do you dislike about Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center?**

For any customization, you are dependent on Amyo by Exotel. There is very little plug-and-play, so you end up paying them a one-time effort fee, which is costly.

**What problems is Ameyo by Exotel Cloud Contact Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve created a multi-level IVR on the number itself, which is now resolving customer queries directly through the IVR. Since we have a user-based licence with an unlimited plan, there’s no extra cost for IVR resolution. With this setup, I’ve been able to reduce calls by around 15%, and I’m continuing to work on improving it further.

My team has been using the Ameyo by Exotel dialer for the past six months, averaging eight hours of work each day. The standout feature for us is the 'Queue' function, which has greatly increased the number of calls my agents are able to make. It also integrates seamlessly with my company's website. In addition, their customer support is very responsive—bug fixes are typically resolved in less than half an hour. The system is also very user-friendly.

The main problem I encounter with Ameyo is that the dialer tends to malfunction quite often, requiring us to submit a support ticket each time it happens.

The best thing about Ameyo is that i am using it as  asupervisor, and as a supervisor i have the access to monitor all my agents live on a single platform. I do have access to all the call reports.

It functions as any of the effective IVR, however, a coin has 2 faces and it's not necessarily that, both faces when got flipped over give a win-win situation. But when it turns a face towards the user, he plays around. Ameyo is user-friendly undoubtedly either a user is a 1st time user or has been using it for a long. As we have got a toll-free interface while connecting to our business clients, it never lets any customer go away without a connection built and allows us to integrate it with running CRM.

What I have observed is that, while fetching different types of reports, we need to filter the inputs, and the form provided in the system is bulky. I suggest as every organization has the same set of KPIs running, therefore predefined report system would help users to get on similar reports. The main interface has a lot many information and should have provided an option to minimize it whenever required or whatever needs to access it.

We had been in the situation to get all the calls dialed out manually, with the use of it, the solution has come up with an OB campaign different set of instructions which is wisely executed by the Ameyo. The inbuilt monitoring tool is exceptionally well and easy to operate for any agent at any point in time or at what point in time.

The best thing about the Ameyo is that it is user-friendly, and you will get international and domestic calls available. You can track how many calls are individually made and how many calls have been connected or not connected.

The dislike about the Ameyo price is too high. After 30mins of calls automatically, the call will be disconnected, and it is tough to reach customer support sometimes; they will blame the network provider.

How I benefited from Ameyo, I can track my teammate's talk time, how many long calls have been made, how many calls have been disconnected, and how many inbound calls come, and I can audit the call. The best thing about Ameyo is that it ensures safe and secure calls with clients without revealing our personal contact with them. It records all our conversations with the clients and saves the recordings in the cloud.

Ameyo crashes a lot; we need to refresh it often. Ameyo sometimes lags, and it takes a few times to regain the connection.  There is no Ameyo mobile version, and it is hard to do the dialing through Ameyo in mobile version.

Ameyo integrates with my CRM and pulls all my call history records. Ameyo offers us excellent audio connectivity for both domestic and international calls. With Ameyo, we can also send custom messages to customers.

Ameyo portal shows server down error code often. Ameyo customer care is always busy, poor response from the customer care team. Ameyo is costlier than Kaleyra software.

Ameyo is user-friendly and straightforward, and the campaign selection and login features are excellent.
We can control and adjust calling/ concall / changing extensions and agent self-monitoring.
Call details with the campaign, disposition and custom time selection features are very beneficial for call centers.
We can control agents' time utilization, including their Breaks, campaign, and other activity.

We can operate only on PRI in Ameyo software.
TDM is not working in Ameyo.
Report generation is pretty complex, and admin control should also be increased.
Integration feature is not possible with CRM software.

Ameyo integrates quickly with all my CRM tools, like LeadSquared, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM, offering excellent connectivity. I can track my reports, call history, and call recordings here.

The one thing I dislike about Ameyo is that the Ameyo server breaks down at least 2 or 3 times a month. The mobile version also not that good, and the spam clearance also takes time.

Its glitch-free user interface is so simple that no formal training is required to use this; its outbound and inbound customer care setup is simple, easy to understand and use, and integrated with my salesforce, so click-to-call and similar features are working fine so far.

Not much about dislikes in this software, just a few suggestions that they need to train their customer care and support staff so that customer's queries and problems can get resolved quickly and the second thing is that the recordings of calls need to be downloaded within 30 days to keep safe else all recordings get deleted.

Issues are not resolved on time. When we raise a ticket with a specific time call is not done at the particular time. Hence have to ensure i check my free time and then submit a ticket to receive calls within 15 minutes.  1st level team does not understand the concern, the remote desk is taken for hours together, and there is no update on the ticket on what the first level has done.  The second-level team takes remote and starts from the strech and we need to explain again. Reports are wrongly fetched most of the time

I like the CRM integration the best along with the easy-to-use app creators for any call campaigns. They are all DIY and you don't need to depend on any account manager to set it up. I can easily set-up multi-channel campaigns resulting in the efficient funnel.

The landline numbers often get marked as spam due to heavy calling resulting in low connectivity. If there was a solution to this then the product would become unbeatable.

Ameyo can be a great alternative for mid- to-large contact centre operations. It gets integrated with most CRMs, works as expected for the most part and brings in efficiencies. I believe their reporting can become a lot more intuitive and easy to operate. Also, they need to make existing lead management more robust.
