This functionality is crucial as it helps me manage different services using distinct workboards, such as GST, audit, and income tax, thus allowing me to oversee all client tasks and observe which tasks are completed and which are still pending. I find the onboarding process for WebLedger too detailed and time-consuming, requiring too much information initially. It took me 10 minutes to complete the onboarding, which I believe could be simplified. Although the setup was easy, I still feel it could be made more straightforward.
