**What do you like best about WebLedger?**

I appreciate using WebLedger to efficiently manage the various aspects of my CA practice virtually. The platform aids significantly in organizing client details, keeping track of pending and ongoing tasks, and monitoring outstanding balances for clients whose work has been submitted. One standout feature is the Workboard, which allows me to break down tasks into sub-tasks, facilitating better task allocation to my team. This functionality is crucial as it helps me manage different services using distinct workboards, such as GST, audit, and income tax, thus allowing me to oversee all client tasks and observe which tasks are completed and which are still pending. The ability to assign subtasks to team members through the Workboard feature streamlines our workflow, enhancing overall productivity and team management.

**What do you dislike about WebLedger?**

I find the onboarding process for WebLedger too detailed and time-consuming, requiring too much information initially. It took me 10 minutes to complete the onboarding, which I believe could be simplified. Although the setup was easy, I still feel it could be made more straightforward.

**What problems is WebLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WebLedger to manage my CA practice virtually, organizing client details, tasks, and outstanding amounts. The workboard feature lets me allocate and track tasks across different services, enhancing team management and task completion visibility.

What I Like Best About WebLedger

Cloud-Based Access – Everything is online, so users can access their accounts anytime, anywhere — perfect for remote teams or professionals working across multiple locations.

Security & Data Backup – Enterprise-grade encryption and automatic backups ensure business data stays safe and compliant.

**What do you dislike about WebLedger?**

Mobile-app absence: Again from the same review, there may be no dedicated mobile app, which may restrict on-the-go usage for some business users.

**What problems is WebLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual data entry, error-prone workflows, slow processes
Manual bookkeeping, repeated entries, delayed updates => higher chance of errors, slower insights, poor decision-making.

**What do you like best about WebLedger?**

I use WebLedger to manage my CA office, tasks, and team, and it has significantly reduced my repetitive tasks. I really like the billing management feature, which sends automatic invoices to my clients whenever their tasks are completed. The initial setup was very easy because the WebLedger team took care of it for me.

**What do you dislike about WebLedger?**

I think it would be better if WebLedger also tracks the payment system.

**What problems is WebLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebLedger has reduced my repetitive tasks and manages billing by sending automatic invoices to clients when tasks are completed.
